As I indicated in previous postings, Grubsheet is temporarily suspended as I recover from surgery to replace my left shoulder, which was damaged when tendons were torn accidentally.
That operation to install a titanium replacement has been a success but I am barred from keyboard work until further notice. I am typing this with one finger and hope to be fully operational again as soon as possible.
My thanks again to those of you who have sent me messages of support. I am at least now able to cover the very biggest stories again and will do so when the need arises.
