# WELL NO SURPRISES HERE. BUT WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR ABOUT THE SKELETON IN SALESI TEMO’S CLOSET THAT IS THE SAME ALLEGATION OF ABUSE OF OFFICE FACING AIYAZ SAYED-KHAIYUM

Posted on October 1, 2025 11 Comments

So as expected, the corrupt Chief Justice, Salesi Temo, has dismissed the application by lawyer Devanesh Sharma that there is insufficient evidence to uphold the case against Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and Mohammed Saneem for alleged abuse of office.

Unfortunately for Temo, he is about to be unmasked as a hypocrite and the entire state case is going to be widely seen as a sham. Why? Because he has done precisely the same thing as Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum – allegedly given a benefit to John Rabuku at the ODPP as “compensation” for him being removed as Acting DPP because of his professional misconduct that three Supreme Court judges ruled made him ineligible to hold the top job.

The reported details – which have never been revealed – are shocking and come on top of Salesi Temo’s other alleged violations of the law – including the accusation of perjury and obstructing and perverting the course of justice made against him by the Supreme Court Commission of Inquiry.

It is all about to leap from the closet and consume the Chief Justice in a fresh scandal that puts his unsuitability to remain at the pinnacle of the judiciary and sit in judgment of Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum way beyond reasonable doubt. Which is more than can be said for his decision to press ahead with a case against the former AG which has effectively fallen apart.

We now know that the Acting DPP, Laisani Tabuakoro, was right when she said that it isn’t a question of “if” Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is convicted but “when”. Because the entire criminal justice system under Salesi Temo has been corrupted to the core by his continuing presence as Chief Justice.

The details on Grubsheet soon…

Tatti Temo and his acting in court pretending his neutrality is nothing less than a shitshow.

Those who know Tatti Temo would tell you that he has his mind already made up at the first call of a criminal case. The only thing he is left to determine is the number of years he will put the Accused behind bars.

If you have had a conversation with him after a few glasses at judicial functions you would know that he has the practice of making up his mind even before the case is first called – and he very proudly says this.

Tells you a lot about this supposed buffoon who sadly is in charge of the Judiciary.

ASK and Dobby are most certainly not going to give evidence as it will put them on the spot under cross examination.

Meanwhile Tatti Temo is already determining the number of years he will put them away even though the case isn’t over yet.

Thanks for this link. It is good to see that this is being greeted with outrage on Facebook. But it is much worse than mere bias and the abandonment of all normal principles of justice. As Grubsheet will soon reveal, Salesi Temo stands accused of precisely the same abuse of office as Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum. And yet he sits in judgment of others and has the power to imprison them while he sails serenely on.

There exists nothing that remotely resembles separation of powers, independent bodies have been neutered.
They have no fear of the consequences in the event that the coalition loses 2026.

Unless they have formulated a system to cheat and remain in power.
This headshit of Temo reminds me of Squeler of Manor Farm.

I just can’t get over how stupid Acting DPP, Laisani Tabuakoro is, to say on social media that it isn’t a question of “if” Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is convicted but “when”.

    Isn’t subjudice taught in LL101?

To think that this imbecile is the Acting DPP is mind boggling. What has Fiji come to?

But then, the idiot Temo is chief justice, mediocre Wylie is the reelected president of the Fiji Law Society, the bastard Richard Naidu is fiscal review committee chairman, Dogla Biman is finance minister and senile Siti is PM.

They are all dogs. The country has really gone to the dogs!

Corrupt Temo has been planted to imprison Khaiyum and Bainimarama. There is no judicial independence anymore. Despite glaring evidence of no case to answer, the corrupt Temo says there is a case to answer. What a sham.

Everything is Temo this or Temo that ,how clean were these two.
Court was told about, bulling and force by former SE.
Than we had ASK ,who’s command had to be followed or consequences would be, you guess.
These guys were very powerful once.
      See both sides of coin.
From previous to present or is it from bad to worse.
      When will this end anyway.

The monkey who is the most hated Indian in NZ – Pramesh Sharma and his cronies like Kamini Reddy, Rohit Reddy, Pravin and Bachoo Patel should be ashamed of themselves – what Mr Sharma has written on his FB about Aiyaz shows the hatred by sex pest Sharma towards muslims – those that keep him employed like Reddy Chor group and Vinod Patel deserve the worse curse on their business and families.

Pramesh praises Temo like he is some god sent messiah- really Mr sex Pest 15% – I suggest you look out for IRD visit shortly – I personally lodged a complaint against PASS consultants in NZ – fringe benefits fraud, non income declaration etc etc – let’s see how it feels like when you get pinged – fear God Pramesh.

Note yesterdays crap note about Aiyaz using Grubsheet as his new news platform sounds as deluded as your wife believing that “ I did not have sex with that woman” – it’s coming mate, be scared.

I am monumentally indifferent to anything Pramesh Sharma says. He was all over me like a cheap suit when I was campaigning against Aiyaz before the last election. And I am not in the least bit surprised that he cannot see that my present stance is driven by principle because he is bereft of principle himself.

Pramesh has a towering ego totally out of proportion to his modest accomplishments. He is also so stupid that he thinks people are impressed when he boasts at one of his parties of sleeping with Lynda Tabuya. They are either amazed about his lack of judgment and taste or contemptuous because a gentleman never tells.

He owes his current positions in the business community solely to the fact that he is known to be close to Biman Prasad and the PM. These people are using him to curry favour with the new order just as they did by grovelling to Aiyaz and Frank during their years in power. And when Baimaan and Siti are gone, the low-life pussy grabber will be gone. Because his usefulness will be at an end.

Mark my words. His chronic disloyalty will eventually be his undoing. All the staying power of a fart in a hurricane.

  7. Rabuka to use Israel to rig next years elections & remain in power says

    October 2, 2025 at 3:57 am

Graham if this is about Temo paying off a huge settlement to John Rabuku when he was dethroned as DPP only for John to return as ADPP. Please someone needs to take that evidence and lodge a Police complaint so Temo can be investigated.

Secondly it’s funny that Temo is setting the precedent in Khaiyum amd Saneem’s case om the powers of the PM or Acting because that’s also what Rabuka and Naiqama have done in appointing Lavenia Rokoika to be Acting Commissioner FICAC outside of the JSC.

What goes around comes around. Rabuka went to Israel to get their help to rig next years elections!! It was an offer by Israel in the recent past that he is now pursuing !!

About Grubsheet

Graham Davis
Grubsheet Feejee is the blogsite of Graham Davis, an award-winning journalist turned communications consultant who was the Fijian Government’s principal communications advisor for six years from 2012 to 2018 and continued to work on Fiji’s global climate and oceans campaign up until the end of the decade.

Fiji-born to missionary parents and a dual Fijian-Australian national, Graham spent four decades in the international media before returning to Fiji to work full time in 2012. He reported from many parts of the world for the BBC, ABC, SBS, the Nine and Seven Networks and Sky News and wrote for a range of newspapers and magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Graham launched Grubsheet Feejee in 2011 and suspended writing for it after the Fijian election of 2014, by which time he was working at the heart of government. But the website continued to attract hits as a background resource on events in Fiji in the transition back to parliamentary democracy.

Grubsheet relaunches in 2020 at one of the most critical times in Fijian history, with the nation reeling from the Covid-19 crisis and Frank Bainimarama’s government shouldering the twin burdens of incumbency and economic disintegration.

Grubsheet’s sole agenda is the national interest; the strengthening of Fiji’s ties with the democracies; upholding equal rights for all citizens; government that is genuinely transparent and free of corruption and nepotism; and upholding Fiji’s service to the world in climate and oceans advocacy and UN Peacekeeping.
