Grubsheet is seeking legal advice as to whether I can lodge a formal complaint with the authorities about the collateral damage of the Queen of Tarts, Lynda Tabuya, pursuing legal action against Victor Lal in Britain and Alex Forwood in Australia over her leaked video and not me.
It is patently unfair that they get all the limelight and not Grubsheet when I have been just as vigorous, if not more so, in pursuing her – first over her “brutal” antics in Room 233 and then her pornographic video. It is naked favouritism (oops) that they are being targeted and highly damaging to Grubsheet’s image to have been excluded.
It has to amount to a breach of some law or other. Maybe the competition laws on fair trading and the right to a level playing field. Because how am I meant to compete with Victor Lal at Fijileaks as a source of information about Fiji when he has Lynda on his side? Seriously. I am in a deep funk about the whole thing and very upset that she is playing favourites in this way.
Having said that, the People’s Alliance and the Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka, deserve a great deal of credit for allowing Lynda to go after Victor and Alex. They have sacrificed their own political fortunes to enable the loosest cannon in the history of global politics (and maybe the loosest woman in politics full stop) to give a mountain of free publicity to two anti-Coalition agitators who any other government would ignore. It is an act of extraordinary generosity in the cause of taking to task – to use the local parlance – these low-lifes who expose licentious politicians out of sheer envy that they aren’t getting any nookie themselves.
As Lynda dominates the media in Fiji, Britain and Australia trying to get Victor Lal and Alex Forwood extradited for their “crime” of giving the Queen of Tarts more publicity than she deserves, journalists are bound to write approvingly of Sitiveni Rabuka’s high-minded commitment to the cause of women’s rights by enabling Lynda to pursue her vendetta when any other political leader would have had her head on a plate.
I’m just aggrieved that they will be getting all the publicity and not me. Could I make an appeal to Grubsheet readers to use whatever influence they have with the ex-Minister for Bonking and Weed to at least add me to her hit list? Why should Victor and Alex star in The Exradictables and not little ‘ol moi? It must be because I am white. Yeah, that’s it.
The shame of being left out is killing me. Bloody Victor. Bloody Alex. Some people get all the breaks. Why oh Queen of Tarts? Why them and not me? Bytch.
Now what about the rumoured “sexy time” videos 2 and 3.

Her party may have let her off the hook for political reasons, but it’s beholden unto the Opposition to move a motion for her to be dismissed from parliament.

Oh dear, extradition of two people from other places in the world to Fiji on a charge (presumably) for a breach of privacy and transmitting a video without the owners permission. I assume that Lynda has claimed ‘ownership’ of the video. A video that is now reportly available on an adult website!
I like many believe this nothing more than a political stunt to garner support and deflect the criticism of the video and its content.
The question is who is going to pay for the trips to the UK and Australia by Lynda and presumably her legal advisor(s)? Then of course we have the legal and court costs in each location, again who pays?
Lynda will, I suspect, look to the Fiji Government to fund all of this! The taxpayers of Fiji!
Applications for extradition require a number of things and both the UK and Australia have only granted extradition where the offence is either a capital or terrorism. I don’t see her applications being successful, if and when they are actually heard in the relevant court! In the meantime the costs will stack up.
