It’s taken five days for the main anti-regime news website, Coup Four and a Half, to report that the SDL – the party of the deposed government of Laisenia Qarase – is advocating that Fiji become a Christian state. News that a delegation led by the SDL president, Solomoni Naivalu, had made a submission to this effect to the Constitutional Commission broke last Monday. But while Coup 4.5 has been quick to post other items – including an Amnesty International report critical of Fiji – it greeted the disclosure of the SDL submission with total silence. Finally on Saturday morning, it posted this brief item:
SDL to front regarding the Naivalu submission.
Nothing like the whiff of racism and homophobia to get people stirring the pot again but given Fiji’s complicated history, it is not surprising.
A submission was made to the Constitution Commission this week on behalf of the SDL Party, by Solomon Naivalu and others.
That submission calls for:
1) Fiji to be declared a Christian state
2) Fiji be the official language of the country
3) i-taukei to be known only as Fijian
4) References to sexual orientation removed from human rights laws.
Coupfourpointfive understands despite this presentation to the Yash Ghai team, the SDL Party has not yet made an official submission.

Apart from the extraordinary first sentence that tries to spin the story back on its critics, the anonymous so-called journalists behind Coup 4.5 also aren’t telling the full story. They know – because Naivalu has confirmed it – that this submission and others like it are being presented by SDL constituency committees as a prelude to the main SDL submission due next month. Naivalu has described it as a summary of the main submission. In other words, all these provisions will be included in a more detailed document. But you won’t be reading this on Coup 4.5, a website with only a passing acquaintance with the truth if that truth doesn’t suit its own agenda.
It’s definitely a case of selective reporting. Which proves that the so called “pro-democracy”, anti-regime elements of the international diaspora are having huge trouble coming to terms with the revelation. It’s clearly such a major embarrassment – a sudden woopsy of elephantine proportions – that they’re just hoping it will go away. Coup 4.5 is clearly struggling with what to say to its multiracial audience, which is routinely treated to contributions from Indo-Fijian anti-regime agitators like Wadan Narsey and Victor Lal. After all, the party it supports wants to make Hindus and Muslims in Fiji bow to an exclusively Christian form of government. Presumably a Methodist theocracy – given the grassroots membership of the SDL – and the equivalent of an Islamic state elsewhere.
From where Grubsheet sits at week’s end, even some of the SDL’s strongest supporters seem to be dying of shame. They’re being asked to support not only a Christian state, but Fijian as the official language, an end to dual citizenship, only the i’Taukei to be identified as Fijians and an end to the constitutional protection of the gay and lesbian community. No wonder they want to pass by pretending that the stinking parcel of ordure that the SDL has suddenly dumped on the pavement has nothing to do with them. But they can’t ignore it for much longer. Next month, Coup 4.5 will have to report the main SDL submission whether it likes it or not or lose what remaining credibility it has. Which isn’t much.
Strange too, that having run two separate reports that there was “confusion” over whether the SDL had made a submission calling for a Christian state, that Radio Australia has chosen not to report Naivalu’s confirmation. Another case of selective reporting from the Australian public broadcaster? Bruce Hill, Radio Australia’s Pacific Beat reporter, is said to be livid that he was “lied to” by an SDL official when he sought confirmation of the original Fiji Village report. His anger is understandable. But doesn’t he owe it to Pacific Beat’s audience to now explain the full story? Radio Australia listeners are being left “confused” when the truth is there is no confusion at all. Maybe Hill has decided to wait for the final SDL submission before entering the minefield again. But is that in the best interests of Radio Australia’s audience, especially now that it is broadcasting on domestic frequencies in Fiji again?
Why have Brij Lal and Narsey gone mute on this issue?
Struck dumb, I’d imagine, that the horse they’d backed for so long has so unceremoniously thrown them off. Even I can’t believe what the SDL is proposing. So can you imagine what it must be like for those who’ve defended them for the past five and a half years?
Also what is the stand of Coup4.5 group and Kaitani?
No one cares what 4.5 and Kaitani thinks. The latter is a dole bludger in Melbourne and is irrelavnt to the future of Fiji.
It goes without saying that they support the ethno-nationalist/SDL position.
And as Graham has pointed out – they have been snookered by the SDL submssion which was their secret agenda all along.
Sa qai tobo tu o Van Damne!
Its not a horse,, it’s a donkey. And the problem is they are feeling like a pair of “asses”…
Or maybe not being Christians, both Wadan and Brij are just watching out for their arses.
Graham
I am not interested in SDL’s submission, for we have survived these sorts of beliefs for a long time.
What I am interested in is why Frank Bainimarama, when the media exposed our Indo-Fijian leader Mahendra Chaudhry was hiding over two million dollars, continued to defend him and his money until Mahend voluntarily left the Cabinet in 2008
Also, after the 2000 coup, why didnt Frank re-appoint Mahend as the Fiji High Court had directed hi, instead of Laisenia Qarase?
I dont want the military to act as gatekeeper of the nation – we need elections and we will choose who we want to lead us but what I dont want those holding dual citizenship now to be given the right to vote in the 2014 elections.
I dont see why my relatives, some who have lived in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, and even England, to be given the right to vote – they could have dual citizenship minus the right to vote in Fiji
Indo-Fijian Voter, you are entitled to your opinion. But where on earth do you think you would be without the military now that we’ve seen the SDL’s true agenda? They have saved you from the extremism detailed in this document and yet you want them out of the way. I don’t think I’ll be alone in finding that rather strange and decidedly reckless under the circumstances.
Blind Freddy can see from this submission that any member of any racial minority in Fiji is crazy to trust the political party that represents most i’Taukei. They are intent on marginalising your religion, your language and you. I guess it’s your democratic right to be crazy but no wonder your relatives left.
Bula Mr Davis,
Not sure if you’re still reading this thread because its from a while back….
But just wanted to say that I think you might be overstating the strength of the position that SDL enjoyed and what they could accomplish.
Even if the military had not intervened, there was no way that SDL could have introduced most of the laws that people seem to be saying that would have eventuated.
Under the 1997 Constitution, the Bill of rights guaranteed most of the freedoms that you say were in danger.
Just like in the case of Nadan v State (better known as McCoskar case)…..where the penal code offence of sodomy was challenged….the court upheld the Constitution and the offending section of the penal code was suspended.
I think even if racist policies made it through the House, which itself is not easy….First Reading Second Reading Subcommittee stages Debate….then the same process in the Senate….Presidential Assent etc….
They would still be subject to scrutiny by the court…..and the judges at the time, in my opinion – would not have hesitated to throw out laws that contravened the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution itself could not be easily amended…same process except 2/3 majority required in both houses….and in the Senate…all 14 of the GCC reps needed to acquiesce.
I respectfully submit that the danger was overstated.
Perhaps some of the policies were racist…….I agree they were definitely nationalist…….but the proper authority to go to challenge that is the courts.
I don’t understand why the Commander (as he was then) – didn’t just seek the court’s opinion on issues such as the Qoliqoli Bill and other points of contention…..then he just may have had the court state it was unconstitutional….or the court might have said that only some provisions were unconstitutional and the rest was fine etc……..
In relation to Indigenous rights, a useful international document is the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples…..some of what Mr Qarase proposed is supported by that Declaration….not that it gave him carte blanche mind you….
With the current state of affairs……the decrees prohibit legal challenge…if the regime is sure that the laws they pass will be upheld by the judges they appointed, then why the need for those provisions stopping us from challenging them in court? Judges don’t throw out laws without good reason.
Just some thoughts….
Thanks, Mr Davis
But the military has also been beating up Indo-Fijians who remotely oppose the coup. There is no press freedom and balance in the newspapers – even your own writings are so pro-regime and Frank that some of us as much as we approve of what you say also doubt your arguments. I will never vote for SDL but I suspect that with or without SDL, many Fijians will vote for a Fijian party and not a multi-racial party – the same applies to Indo-Fijian parties. We cant be depending on the guns to enjoy equal rights in Fiji – that is all I am saying – keep on writing.
Brother I don’t know where you getting your information about Indo-fijians being beat up by the military , as far as i am concerned this government has done everything in it’s power to bring the people of Fiji together.
Where is the Labour Party comment on the SDL submission? Where is Mick Beddoes? Not long agao they said they had joined with the SDL in fighting Bainimarama. I hope they like the bus they have all jumped aboard.
Michael
Firstly, SDL has denied that it is its official document and it will be making its submission in late September
You ask about FLP response – if it is official SDL submission, than its God’s gift to Mahend – he will be able to run to his gullible Indo-Fijian voters and say, Vote For Me to protect you all from racists
“Voter”, that is not true. According to the SDL President, Solomoni Naivalu, it is a summary of the main submission that will be lodged in September. In another words, it summarises what will be in the final document. Naivalu has confirmed that it includes all of the provisions that have been referred to, including the Christian state. Please read what he has said instead of spreading blatant disinformation.
@ Voter
Oi…..wake up and smell the roses!
The SDL have already hoisted their petard. Cant you see that?
What was the SDL President doing there at the SDL presentation to the Commission other than to provide credibility and legitimacy to their submission!
Stop being a dickhead.
Vinaka Graham
I prefer to deal with the devil that I know – SDL- than the military-backed party in the 2014 elections.
Again, it is for native Fijians to accept or reject SDL’s Manifesto or that endorsed by Solomoni Naivalu
I still belief military has no right to step in and dictate which party should govern Fiji. What we need is a new Constitution with equal rights and a robust Judiciary to challenge any breaches
I still want to know why Aunty Nur Bano Ali is paying Frank, Khaiyum and other Caibet ministers salaries – and how much they are paying themmselves.
We, all of us, are economically suffering in post-coup Fiji
@ Voter
You want answers to a lot of questions. Graham cant give you that and you very well know it.
Why dont you go ask the people concerned eg Nur Ban Ali, Mahen Chod etc.
If you dont like what the military is doing in Fiji and the role they will play as gatekeepers tommorrow, then I would encourage you to join your relatives overseas.
As they say in Fijian “na qai oqo, e na qai ga” (this journey will continue regardless).
What’s happening in Fiji is a revolutionary change from the old king and commoner thinking to new outlook of equality. People want to bring in arguments about who said what in the past or who did what. The issue is you change your position and thinking with time or you becomes irrelevant. What inoke kubuabola and Filipe bole did in the past cannot be changed, at present they are embracing change.
Nobody knows whether its genuine or a source of their income for know but who cares, if they start playing politics again they will be given marching orders as many who joined the initial line up in the interim government but could not follow through with the cleanup campaign.
Finally as Butadroka famously said that history will be written with the barrel of a gun so we have the gun and barrel, the only thing is the gun is not in their control anymore.
Also we see many stickers on car bumpers which says LIKE IT OR LIVE IT, I am sure that can also apply to the dogs who seem to be barking against the current Fiji regime and their vision for a new Fiji.
This time around, SDL and FLP don’t stand a chance. Qarase and Chaudry both deserve to be behind bars. No coup is justified, but we can only move on from here like we did after ’87. I doubt the greedy chiefs can sway ordinary Fijians this time around. Nor can all those self-serving Indian leaders sway the Indian community. I’d rather live under military rule where there’s racial equality, prosperity and peace, than live in a fake democracy. You could argue about human rights and corruption, but we were never living in a perfect world. Don’t bother comparing us to Western democracies. We’re lightyears behind them (and that’s just how they like it). We had to start somewhere. Bainimarama has taken that first step. It’s up to us to lead this country in the right direction.
C4.5 was caught with its pants down on this one!l All along C4.5 was making out it was for democracy guess what they sure got club inbetween their cici when they what Graham and posted. Can you imagine the anger it must have caused those who were supporting democracy like Narsey , Brig Lal and those lawyers who supported Qarase and had all the answers about Voreqe. Well we now know the true colours of the SDL and what they want to do for Fiji but C4.5 is now thinking what the far….was that! They were not consulted nor were the pro-democracy movement in Aussie or NZ but watch them counter what Graham has written. C4.5 must be saying surely you could have waited till we finish discussion the issue of Qarase? Now the ‘insiders’ will deny why Ro Teimumu is here in Aussie for-she is here to collect funds for the SDL, don’t be fooled. They have a plan for elections but also to destablise Fiji Kaitani & company are part of the ‘inside ‘ moves-Mere Samisoni was part of that plan until she didn’t pay the bloke what he was promised, the democracy crew have promised Mere’s crew with funds for their lawyers!
@ Varanitabua
Yes, Mere Samisoni came to pro-democracy conference in Melbourne last year where Mara & Baleidrokadroka presented the Brij Lal-Fraenkel 10 Point Plan. Kaitani was in the audience trying his best to be seen to be relevant. The guy is niow a dole bludger in Melbourne. No job tu o koya, vakataki JB and Mara ….sa matau tu vei ira na kana waca (they are used to bludging)
Interestingly, the leader of the pro-democracy branch in the US, another dole bludger and bush lawyer Loru Tawawili, has said that they will support the SDL submission and is asking people there to become members of SDL and collect funds for them (SDL).
This proves that all these pro-democracy people are closet SDL types. All their barking about the return to democracy was all about returning the SDL to power so that they can get their porcine snouts back in the trough.
I read all the different blogsites including c4/5. It has revealed so many things we would not have been aware of – good and bad from all sides. I will still be reading C4/5 – whether it is pro-or anti-regime. For most of its articles are from people inside Fiji who are too fearful to go public – both native Fijians, Indo-Fijians and other races in Fiji. After all, I am reliably told, it is run by Indo-Fijian chaps out of New Zealand and England – it is the most widely read blog, even by Frank Bainimarama and his regime and supporters. No offense, Graham!
I have read C45 I only see that its dying a sure death…! It really has nothing to offer for the future…can C45 give us something they can do in the future for Fiji.
It looks like the work of a spoilt child
People can only take a little bullshit.
As it only represents most of the ideas of the people that thrived in the corruption of the previous goverments.
They should do anonymous submission by their Fiji agents since no one knows them.
They will be helping for the future of Fiji then.
Yes, C4.5 only stresses the negative. They thrive on it…a lot of it is fabricated
Thank, Ram Ram that my ancestors left Indian and settled in Fiji:
Deshraj reaches out for his mother’s breast as she balances him on her knees, sitting outside her low, mud-walled home.
The little boy cries, but with no strength.
Deshraj is two years old but barely larger than a newborn and crazed by hunger.
His hair is patchy, his eyes are sunken and his legs like twigs – he is so weak he can’t even walk.
But his mother turns him away; she has nothing left to give.
“We can’t get him to eat bread,” she says in an irritated tone, clearly annoyed at being asked questions, and walks away.
Deshraj is one of millions of Indian children suffering severe malnutrition, an enduring problem Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has called a “national shame”.

Sometimes the mothers don’t know how best to look after their children”
Health worker
Yet despite supposedly spending billions of rupees on poverty and food-relief programmes – and during a period of sustained economic growth – the government has made only a dent in the problem.
It is estimated that one in four of the world’s malnourished children is in India, more even than in sub-Saharan Africa.
Weakened by hunger, they are more vulnerable to disease, with tens of thousands dying every year. Millions more will be physically and mentally stunted for life because they don’t get enough to eat in their crucial early years.
‘Hunger belt’
India has fallen in child development rankings, putting it behind poorer countries such as neighbouring Bangladesh or the Democratic Republic of Congo, according to a new study by the Save the Children charity.
@ Blessed Fiji,
Another one using Ram to prove his identity?? but let me address this to you personally.
My ancestors didn’t leave India to settle here, but they were brought here (mostly through false pretences) to work on the plantations.
They chose to stay because they had toiled the land through blood, sweat and tears.
I am glad that my ancestors didn’t travel on the same boat as yours….frankly.
My concern is not about the poverty in India but the intellectual poverty that has struck some sections of the society in Fiji who were so used to stealing from their subjects…..that is the real poverty…the real deal.
People devoid of human dignity…that is poverty. People devoid of common decency, shit heads to be direct, using religion, race and gender and hiding under the cover of annonymity and duplicity to hurl insults at other fellow human being….these people are living in poverty.
Let poverty of circumstances be for what it is, whether in Somalia or India. Lets focus on the leeches of the society, the poverty hit intellectual grimes who feed on the vunrable and the fools.
And sorry, who are the real you “Blessed Fiji”???
The group in C45 are the people that thrived in corruption in the previous goverments that from Ratu Mara to Laisenia Qarase……Naisoro, Nata , Dakuidreketi Bakani…Draunidalo Qorinaiasi and many many more…. on they enjoyed the respect of the i taukei to the methodist church which controls the vanua and hence controls and dictates the i taukei. A vast majority are from the province of Lau…that got passed on the free ride from Ratu Mara to Laisenia….Qarase no wonder they are angry at C45 because their free ride on corruption is over….!
The previous Fiji goverments was like their own instead of the people …they all treated the common people with disdain “after they got voted in power”.
When they got into power they destroy anyone that stands in the way or try to raise concern…..and they say ” We are voted in by the people by the majority we have the right to rule the people and what we say goes”.
The ministers in Laisenia SDL goverment were seen to be drunk everywhere..! They pillage the
The people suffer in Fiji and are bewildered and lost and abused by Qarase and his party of SDL until Frank came in.
At least now we know where Fiji is going instead of being confused and watching the drunks mentioned above and many more destroy Fiji for everyone…!
Vinaka Graham do it for Fiji Mr Graham Kaiviti Mr Fijian ……Graham how sweet.
Its a wonderful sunday in Fiji and that is your Fiji surmon folks…!
I thought Savenaca Draunibalo stood as an independent and won against an SDL candidate. Later on he accepted a ministerial position offerred by LQ.
He was a good buddy of Frank and others up at QEB and when he died from the tragic drowning accident off Moala in 2007, he left behind unpaid debts. So much so that Frank felt sorry for his widow and offerred her government quarters in Muanikau where she currently lives whilst still working as a civil servant.
Darunidalo was not in the same league as Navi Naisoro, Bakani, Dakuidreketi, Weleilakeba, etc when it came to lining his pocket. Draunidalo was a soldier and being new to the game he did not have the inside ‘corporate’ knowledge and connexions that the others had and which they used to good effect to milk the system to their advantage. The current case against LQ, Bakani, Dakuidreketi et al being the case in point.
Unlike Qoroniasi Bale, Draunidalo did not misuse/convert trust funds for which he was responsible (Qoroniasi was barred from legal practice as a result….only to be appointed years later by LQ as Attorney General – howzat for looking after your mates!).
I am defending Draunidalo because he has passed on and cannot defend himself. Also I served with him in uniform and he was a good guy, great personality, loyal and courageous. He won the Military Cross in Lebanon for his leadership under fire. Lets not forget that.
Instead of driving a wooden stake through his heart, we should honour his memory.
New Viti
An Sdl member from my province of Tailevu who came in through the preferential system was a staunch AOG church member.when he became a MP he started drinking and womanising until Frank marched in and kicked their butts out. The methodist church hierachy and the crooked chiefs knew about most of the sdl members extra marital activities and did nothing about it.Its okay to fornicate and get drunk if you are democratically elected.
C4.5 is so wrong so much of the time that I wonder why people bother to read it at all. I used to, until I realized how much of their stories were false. I also believe they work anonymously so they can routinely defame others without fear of litigation or prosecution. Anywhere in the world a website telling people to kill others, or to make bombs would get the writers into a lot of trouble with the police. The journalists wouldn’t dare publish this sort of garbage because it is against the law. Not because they are scared of guns!
Komai
Ka dina taucoko, Col Draunidalo(SUD) was my commanding officer in Sinai B COY Fiji Batt 3. He was a chief, gentleman and an officer.I will remember him for that.

Komai and Veta,
You both right Draunidalo was maybe a good soldier when he was a soldier..
When he became minister and started to drink too much…just like the AOG priest in Veta story Draunidalo became like the rest of SDL abuse his power ….and abuse people…they thought they were indipensable………swearing infront of citizens whilst being drunk….alas he is not a soldier now but a powerful minister…in the SDL party ” and supposedly and all the Taukei of Viti are behind him and under him…!
As far as i am concerned he was a great soldier but fell short …of being a good Minister..responsible for the people that voted him in office. that looked up to him with respect…!
It was on his fishing trip he died while on a heavy drinking binge he fell overboard whilst being overly drunk..
I personally am saddened by it…..he could have been more responsible and stopped resting on his laurels…..that he always talked about his military achievement in a pios way when he is intoxicated…
I let u be the judge ……..but i take alot of learning from it for me personally to respect our fellowman…..and be humble at all times…….it also a great learning for me ….
Vinaka ‘New Viti’.
Yes, we all have our failings as human beings and Draunidalo may have had his weaknesses. But as a general principle we should forgive and honour the dead.
I was told by a close relative of his that Draunidalo and his cousins went out fishing on Chirstmas Eve 2007 to catch fish for the Christmas Dinner, when they were caught in a freak storm out at sea which capsized their boat. The propeller striking his head causing a deep head injury. Whilst others managed to swim ashore in the rough seas, Draunidalo did not make it.
This is the first time I heard that he was tanked up with alcohol at the time.
Nontheless, its all irrelevant now. And as I said, lets honour his memory and be thankful to the Lord for all His Blessings.

As i have said I will remember him for his deeds in the military. When he became a parliamentarian he caught that virus that infects all who go there. I pity him for that.

You dont have to read C4/5 but as I stated earlier, it is one of a few sites which has opened its door to those inside Fiji who want to expose things – come on, this site is like a big family wedding guests – all padding each other’s back – apart from the recent SDL piece Graham’s piece have been nothing buy opinionated pieces – have you tried reading Fijian papers – presumably not because you chaps live abroad, maybe. I dont understand why you chaps are so obsessed with C4/5 – it must be irritating a lot of people?
@ C4.5
C4.5 is a source of disinformation. We are NOT obsessed with it. You insult our intelligence by suggesting that we are.
Go back and stay there with them.
I live in Fiji too and boy, can I tell you that C4.5 is way off the mark. they have a huge chip on their shoulders.
Vinaka to Veta,Komai,Ally Singh, Anonymous, for all your wonderful sunday comments…yes we all share the same thoughts we want something good for Fiji and our kids..and the younger generation…
However where would we be……if the likes of the cronies of C4.5 are our leaders…!???!
I echo the comment of a great leader quote ” If only there were a few good man here they wont allow that to happen.
Sure there are more then a few good man in Fiji… that wont allow ……reckless careless selfish crooked politicians to run this country to the gutter for us…!
Vinaka to you all have a blessed day friends…
@ @ Blessed Fiji
Nobody has any control over were they are born, what they have control over is to make the best of where they are.
There can be many things said about the pros and cons of our ancestors being in Fiji.
Firstly the whole story about how poor it is in India is not news, a country of more than a billion people there is a vast distribution of people right from the poorest of the poor to the richest of the rich, what we do in Fiji is nothing to do India.
I am happy I was born in Fiji; I cannot be sure how I would have felt if I was born in India because I was not born there.
Secondly, what happens in Fiji matters most to me than what happens in India because I belong to Fiji and I am a citizen of Fiji? India is a foreign country to me as British is to the Americans, just because American Anglos share the British ancestry does not make them less American.
Lastly hypothetically if there is a war between Fiji and India, I will take up arms for Fiji because that’s my country.
Seems to me that the days of the creeps at c4.5 and other anonymous cowards are over if the new Swiss technology announced recently becomes available they will be easily traced and exposed..I hope these enemies of Fiji are terrified
@C 4.5
You miss my point. Good for you that you provide a back slapping avenue for the like minded. What you also do is encourage racial violence, defamation, libel, contempt of court and sedition. If you were not anonymous, you would be prosecuted not in Fiji, but in every country where people have access to your website. Your website is against the law of every country in the world. Freedom of information does not include the right to practice illegal activities. Bomb making is terrorism. Anyway you do not practise freedom of opinion yourselves. You do not publish views you don’t agree with. You censor! So what’s the difference between you and the people you claim suppress your freedoms?
Draunidalo was a great solider as my late father served with him in Lebanon, especially when he found out that he was from Vanua Levu. Regardless what he did when became a goverment minister. May his soul rest in peace.
Ratu John, I agree that we should concern ourselves with the living. From what I can gather from people who knew him, Draunidalo got into bad company and regretted it.
He can’t have been all bad to have been married to Adi Kuini and fathered the estimable Tupou. They are both among the most impressive women Fiji has ever produced.
Christian state???? isn’t respect for others an their beliefs one of cornerstones of Christianity !!!
it beats me trying to figure out what the SDL is hoping to achieve by declaring Fiji a christian state when they go against the teachings of Christianity in the process…i shudder at the thought of Fiji in 2012 if SDL was still running the show
Kathy sa dina? Io na kana loto a caka tiko mai Viti e sega ni ka vou ra tai! C4/5 you comment would be great if it were true let me reassure you when i write my articles on c4.5 the only ones critical of Labour or Chaudhary gort posted when it came to SDL or Qarase bugger all happened! AS for yourclaim about C4.5 run by out of UK by indo-Fijians show us the proof! Its an SDL supported site, the pretense of been neutral is never there, as for democracy what a load of rubbish its simply an SDL site there to support Qarase and the SDL!
