# “JEZEBEL” TOTALLY LOSES IT.

Posted on May 26, 2024 8 Comments

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, Fiji, something even more mind-boggling emerges to take your breath away – like Lynda Tabuya altering her Facebook page tonight to put up a new cover picture suggesting to the nation she deserves an award for being a lying, conniving, greedy, licentious piece of work.

This woman and her husband, Rob Semaan, reportedly fled America owing creditors $F113-million dollars in unpaid debts after the collapse of their fat loss company *. Then she wormed her way into politics in Fiji, switching political parties almost as frequently as she changed her knickers until she became deputy leader of the People’s Alliance.

After her drug-fuelled sexual encounter with Aseri Radrodro in Room 233 of the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne last August, she lied to the Prime Minister who, in turn, lied to the nation that it wasn’t true. But then an investigation by a PAP disciplinary committee concluded that it was and she was stripped of the party’s deputy leadership, though Sitiveni Rabuka – inexplicably in her thrall – retained her as Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation.

Now she rejoices in chairing the Special Committee on Emoluments that recommended obscene increases in salaries and perks for the nation’s 55 MPs at a time when poverty in Fiji has never been greater, our annual inflation rate is 7.1 per cent and rising and many Fijians are struggling to put food on the table.

She is being attacked from all sides yet this is her response – a big “eff you” to the Fijian people as if to say “suck it up losers, I’m a winner and no matter what happens, I am untouchable”.

Grubsheet is personally running out of descriptions for this appalling individual – “Ms Piggy” topping up the troughs of the swine of the parliament, the “Queen of Tarts” who uses her sexuality to dazzle those who’ve followed her down the rabbit hole into the Wonderland of the parallel universe she inhabits, or the “Great Temptress” who lured a married fellow minister to her bed with his wife sleeping in an adjoining room during a parliamentary visit overseas. Lynda Tabuya has no shame and here’s the definitive proof – her new Facebook picture that for many people will encapsulate her complete lack of regard for the normal constraints on public behaviour by our elected representatives.

She doesn’t give a damn what we think about anything. She has power over the Prime Minister who keeps her in the ministry when she should have been shown the door months ago. She has power over every one of the 40 MPs who followed her down the rabbit hole by voting for the most disgraceful package of entitlements in the history of Fijian parliaments since Independence. She has power over the media to the extent that they ignore her excesses and journalists of the stature of Stanley Simpson reportedly dance with her at public functions. And now she is telling the nation in no uncertain terms that she has triumphed and the rest of us just have to suck it up.

It isn’t going to work. And the proof of that is on her own Facebook page this evening. Lynda Tabuya is scrambling unsuccessfully to delete the avalanche of unflattering comments. But as soon as she does so, more appear. Her once adoring fans have turned.

When America’s loss is, er, Fiji’s loss too.

She has also been described as Fiji’s political BAAJAROO (prostitute in local Fiji Hindi parlance) hopping from one party bed to another!!

My friend, with respect I must correct you.
You see, a Bajaroo, demonised as she/he may be, is a person of integrity and class respected for the quality of service she/he provides society.
In the case of this piece of excrexxxment, neither integrity nor class applies for there is absolutely no service let alone quality of service she provides her customer (Fiji) in exchange for her self serving emolument.

The Swine of Kadavu has taken you all for a ride. Don’t cry now. You are reaping what you sowed. You voted her and the racist greedy coalition into power. First they divided us by religion, then by race, etc,…and now they have clearly divided their own party voters and backers. It aint gonna stop here guys. They are going to milk the country dry by 2026 and fill their own pockets.

You really thought that the guy who bankrupted the NBF and the Fijian economy and the Swine who looted the US through her shady dealings were really here for a change.

You were warned, you were well aware of what Rabuka and co were capable of. So don’t complain now. Enjoy the Swine with a bottle of wine. You voters deserve it.

About Grubsheet

Graham Davis
Grubsheet Feejee is the blogsite of Graham Davis, an award-winning journalist turned communications consultant who was the Fijian Government’s principal communications advisor for six years from 2012 to 2018 and continued to work on Fiji’s global climate and oceans campaign up until the end of the decade.

Fiji-born to missionary parents and a dual Fijian-Australian national, Graham spent four decades in the international media before returning to Fiji to work full time in 2012. He reported from many parts of the world for the BBC, ABC, SBS, the Nine and Seven Networks and Sky News and wrote for a range of newspapers and magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Graham launched Grubsheet Feejee in 2011 and suspended writing for it after the Fijian election of 2014, by which time he was working at the heart of government. But the website continued to attract hits as a background resource on events in Fiji in the transition back to parliamentary democracy.

Grubsheet relaunches in 2020 at one of the most critical times in Fijian history, with the nation reeling from the Covid-19 crisis and Frank Bainimarama’s government shouldering the twin burdens of incumbency and economic disintegration.

Grubsheet’s sole agenda is the national interest; the strengthening of Fiji’s ties with the democracies; upholding equal rights for all citizens; government that is genuinely transparent and free of corruption and nepotism; and upholding Fiji’s service to the world in climate and oceans advocacy and UN Peacekeeping.
