# LYNDA TABUYA – THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING – LAYS HER OWN TRAP (UPDATED WED)

Posted on April 15, 2025 32 Comments

The notorious Queen of Tarts and former minister for bonking and weed is, on the evidence, as thick as the proverbial two planks, despite having acquired a law degree from Bond University on the Gold Coast. Bond is named after its founder, Alan Bond – one of Australia’s biggest conmen – who apart from fleecing hundreds of millions of dollars from his fellow citizens, dabbled in philanthropy and won the America’s Cup. Lynda Tabuya‘s kind of guy.

Anyway, Lynda is so dumb that after she was stripped of the deputy leadership of the People’s Alliance for her drug-taking and “brutal” sex encounter with fellow minister, Aseri Radrodro, in Room 233 of the Windsor Hotel in Melbourne, she was stripped of the portfolio of minister for women, children and social protection for making the pornographic video that now sits in the smart phones of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Fijian voters.

Lynda is so dumb that when she pursued the limpet-like whistle blower, Alex Forwood, for allegedly leaking that video, she posed outside a New South Wales Police station in western Sydney pretending to be filing a complaint when the State Police have nothing to do with cybercrime and she should have been at the headquarters of the Australian Federal Police 25 kilometres away.

She is so dumb that while she was recently in London pretending to pursue Victor Lal of Fijileaks for also allegedly leaking the video, she boasted of having a meeting with a British official who she wrongly identified in a Facebook posting (see below).

It confirms what many have long suspected. That Lynda Tabuya is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t know who she is with or what she is doing. And any notion of making her minister for information – which the Prime Minister flagged and then withdrew – would be an act of total madness, especially in the election lead-up.

Yet undoubtedly the dumbest thing Lynda Tabuya has ever done is to announce that she has formally set up a charitable foundation in her name and disclosed that since 2018, she has donated her entire salary as a minister and MP to charity.

Here’s part of that announcement that seems set to haunt Lynda as much, if not more so, than her antics in Room 233 and flashing her ample “bush” and “butt” in the faces of a flabbergasted nation.

Why is this so dumb? Because it has ripped the scab off the allegations that Lynda failed to disclose her husband, Rob Semaan, as a source of income in successive Elections Office declarations.

If she was giving all of her salary to charity, how was she living day-to-day? Answer: Off her multi-millionaire husband – the co-owner of Pacific Building Solutions, Fiji’s largest construction firm and the recipient of a burgeoning list of government contracts.

Yet as we know, Lynda Tabuya claims that she and Rob were “divorced” in 2016. And on that basis, she wasn’t legally obliged to declare what income she received from him.

She also got her friend, Barbara Malimali – the FICAC Commissioner – to back her claim that she had been “divorced” since 2016 when Malimali publicly cleared her of a complaint to FICAC from the Supervisor of Elections, Ana Mataiciwa.

The conduct of both Lynda Tabuya and Barbara Malimali has reportedly been examined in forensic detail by the Justice David Ashton-Lewis Commission of Inquiry into Malimali’s appointment as FICAC Commissioner. And we eagerly await his findings in his report due to be handed to the Prime Minister and the President in eight day’s time on April 23.

But we don’t need to wait for the COI Report to smell a very big rat in Lynda Tabuya’s statement setting up her charitable foundation.

  • If she has been giving her entire parliamentary salary to charity for the past seven years, how was she able to exist living on her only other declared income – the rent from a house in Beach Road, Suva?
  • All the public indications – photos, public declarations of love and most of all Lynda Tabuya naming Rob Semaan as her “spouse” in an income declaration in 2023 point to the couple being very much married.
  • How much money has Rob Semaan given Lynda Tabuya since 2018 to enable her to be able to donate her entire salary to charity?
  • Why hasn’t she declared this income to the Elections Office?
  • And on what basis has Tabuya’s friend, Barbara Malimali, absolved her of responsibility to declare any income from Rob Semaan by asserting that the couple have been divorced since 2016 when Blind Freddy can see that they are still very much married?

Oh dear. Dizzy Lynda has tried to score political mileage out of playing big-hearted philanthropist and inadvertently opened another can of worms. And this one leaves her open to potential criminal charges for making false income declarations to the Elections Office.

Whoops.

    Lynda Lookatme……………..
well, apparently a good number of Fijians did, STARK NAKED.

No matter how much you try to cover up the list of past transgressions, you can never erase those gross wrongdoings from the minds of those that saw you cavorting in your birthday suit!!!!

Far from promoting yourself as some sort of philanthropic hero, and all round good person, you should have resigned your position and slithered back under the rock that you emerged from to film your disgusting porno video, and disappeared from public life.

You are a disgrace to the good and hard-working women of this country and should be ashamed of yourself.

    Please, just go away.

As Fiji wakes up reading another gripping scandal involving the our own Stormy Daniels, we wonder if this poopoo train will ever stop. When one is blinded by self interest, ignorance, arrogance, power grab and self preservation, self destruction is inevitable- you only need to look at the people exposed on this site ( Goofy minister Manoa Kumkum, sex queen Lynda, Poopoo Parkinson, Mr 5% Pramesh Sharma, LA Drunken Master Charan Jaat Singh, NZ fraudster Nitya Reddy, not so sexy Barbara Mali and list goes on). Let’s hope 2026 will stop these people on the poopoo train forever.

How dare u call Pramesh Mr 5%!!
He is known widely as Mr 10%!
By reducing his value you reduce his known market value….leading to smaller under the table packets.
Pls get it right and apologize to the man immediately.:)

Need to check how much Lynda pays herself via the charity – common practice internationally where rich people create and fund charities, make themselves Chairman/ CEO and get paid via Charity ( who are tax exempted) while claiming tax rebate for funding charity -it’s a tax avoidance matter.

Very true about Bond university – nobody ever failed/fails at Bond university because you buy your degree – that’s why so many fiji lawyers are Bond qualified- it’s quantity, not quality from Bond uni.

You may be slightly mistaken about not failing at Bond university. “Justice Seeker ” in the comments below states that somebody called Barbwire failed and lost the FAB scholarship and had to provide self funding through tutoring fellow students.
One of three things could have happened here, either Bond had improved it’s standing and failed those who were not up to scratch
      OR
this … wire was an absolutely hopeless student who may have consistently scored “F”s throughout their law degree.

      OR
a bottle of booze and some cavorting on the beach with the lecturers got them past the finish line as happens in some judicial circles in the middle of the Pacific

Your messiah Rabuka can’t save you from the poopoo hole you are in – pray 2026 comes quickly and it will be all be over – you can then climb out of the poopoo hole.

I remember in one Parliamentary sittings in which LT had mentioned that her Permanent Secretary (PS) is getting more than her (this was way before the MP pay rise!). In actual fact, PSs are supposedly to have higher salary than Govt Ministers as these PSs are answerable for every expenditure made by their respective Ministries!!! I was a civil servant so I am aware of this!
Looking at her salary from 14/01/2023 – salary was $7049-99 and on 14/02/2023, salary – $11,808.33…..wooow…what a huge leap! MPs are given government vehicles, some with bodyguards, tax free benefits etc…etc

Agree on the Bond University part- Barbwire failed her studies and lost her Fijian affairs scholarship due to drinking excessively and partying and she had to tutor her way through to pay for her studies. She didn’t declare in her 2018 declaration she was donating to charity.

Always wondered how she obtained a law degree..
Doesn’t grasp the basics. Not bright at all. But delusional and narcissistic.
She didn’t do anything for the people even in her required role. Now she’s doing grassroots? For a “ fairer” Fiji? Oh a Fiji where she can get away with anything ! It’s the Lynda show. Taking money from people under the guise of making Fiji fair. The thing that’ really not fair to other hardworking honest people is that she has not been removed from government and they have not investigated her scandals and brought charges. Pretty sure election fraud is serious.
Fiji is a shit show. You can literally get away with anything.

Everything in Fiji is so Third World and so third-rate. From the prime minister and the president all the way down. And they are all so proud to be Third World and third-rate. That includes the people of Fiji. It is a uniquely Fiji characteristic- proud to be stupid and kaila all around. The children look and learn and perpetuate this circus. All while pretending to be Christians. Ably assisted by Baimaan. The whole country is full of sickos. The sad thing is they do not know it. They all too busy pretending.

Lynda has been giving all her salary to charity for the last eight years and kept it a secret. She obvioulsy did not want the seek attention with her charitable causes. And it is amazing that she has managed to convince those who are the beneficiaries of her charity to keep quiet as well.

Lynda is a god-fearing, praying and fasting beacon of light and a role model. We all know that she has enough money in savings and does not really need the salary. Her motivation is obviously to serve the people of Fiji and make things better for them. She has made so many sacrifices for the people of Fiji. We all should appreciate it.

I believe that Lynda has all the hallmarks and characteristics to be the next PM and the first female PM. Lynda will make Fiji shine just like her. I believe Lynda should make a leadership challenge and we all should back her. Anything would be better than the dickhead who currently occupies that seat.

So, shes sacrificed 100% of her TAXABLE salary to charity? This means she still gets left with the untaxed amount so that obfuscation needs to be called out.

She’s also formed a charity which now allows her to siphon any other sources of taxable income into it so she will end up paying nothing in taxes.

Lest we forget, her husband runs a business which employs lawyers and accountants to help with tax reduction so it was only a matter of time before they worked out a new avenue to siphon funds around.

So she donated to a charity that didn’t exist! Tell me how does that work for any bank in Fiji.

This woman is way beyond a joke and this is the kind of woman leader people like Shamima advocate for. This whole women’s movement in Fiji is fu@ked. They all need to be questioned non stop and pulled up for their actions too.

Her lies and self belief in saving Fiji is beyond belief. She is believing in her own lies and thinks others are on the journey with her.
    It is dangerous and worrying.

If she falsely and knowingly states income streams (which she has) and now continues to do so for her charity then she is mentally unfit to be in the parliament at all.

I checked her post about the announcement of her Foundation of Facebook.

Given she is donating since 2018, none of the 2.5k likes and 370 comments mentions anything about who has benefitted from her Foundation. Not a single comment is on that. Isn’t that interesting and insane. Usually, all receivers of funds will thank and acknowledge a Foundation. Here, no one mentions that. Here, they are giving her congratulatory messages only. So where did the fund recipients go? Who has received the funds till today?

Given 2018, there must be close to $1,000,000 in that foundation already. Oh,
let’s not forget the extra allowances she recieved on top of her base salary.

Tabuya, you are an absolute clown. Keep digging your own hole.
