# LYNDA’S DÉCOLLETAGE GETS GRUBSHEET INTO TROUBLE (AGAIN)

Posted on February 17, 2024 22 Comments

Image doctored by order of the Australian government

As the People’s Alliance disciplinary inquiry decides what to do about Lynda Tabuya’s alleged drug-fuelled sex romp with Aseri Radrodro, the Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection has evidently filed a second complaint with Australia’s eSafety Commission about an image Grubsheet has continued to publish showing her ample cleavage – the partial exposure of her breasts displayed in one of the texts she sent from Room 233.

Once again, the eSafety Commissioner informs Grubsheet that we do not have her permission to share the “intimate” image and orders us to remove it. But the letter from Australia’s cyber abuse watchdog is notable for naming the Minister for the first time.

It specifically refers to “intimate images posted without the consent of the person appearing in those images. The intimate images depict or appear to depict the Honourable Minister Lynda Tabuya (the Depicted Person)”.

In the words of a Manager, Image Based Abuse: “I acknowledge that in response to eSafety’s initial request, you removed intimate images, however, intimate images remain available in multiple locations on www.grubsheet.com.au”.

Grubsheet readers will recall that we originally published several images accessed from Aseri Radrodro’s phone allegedly sent to him by Lynda Tabuya, including one of turtle tattoos, that the eSafety Commission ordered us to take down. We complied with that order but have continued to publish a head shot of Lynda that was in one of the text messages she sent Radrodro in which she complains “my eyes are swollen” and Aseri replies “can you stop the weed please”.

The eSafety Commissioner has now obliged Grubsheet to crop that image to remove her cleavage because depicting someone’s breasts is defined as an “intimate image” under the Act. In a telephone call, a staff member of the Commissioner clarified that they have no objection to Grubsheet continuing to run the “head shot” as long as no part of the breast is showing. There is also no objection to continuing to publish the text exchanges.

So that’s what we have done – gone back through all of our stories showing the text exchanges and doctored the image to remove the unlawful portion. We have also written to the eSafety Commissioner asking it to clarify that we are now fully in compliance with Australian law. We have 156,500 reasons to do so – the maximum dollar penalty for a single contravention of the Act.

As the PAP disciplinary committee continues its deliberations, committee members might ask themselves the following question:

If Lynda Tabuya continues to maintain that the “intimate” images of her accessed from Aseri Radrodro’s phone are “fake”, why would she formally complain to Australia’s eSafety Commissioner not that the images are fake but that Grubsheet doesn’t have her consent to use them? And not once but twice?

The décolletage is gone (though it remains on websites beyond Australia’s jurisdiction) but the questions remain.

décolletage: noun
A woman’s cleavage as revealed by a low neckline on a dress or top.

The text exchange amended to comply with Australian law

“Own goal”. Lead story on Fijileaks, where you can still see the full photo because Victor Lal is in the UK and beyond Australia’s reach.

Lynda “look at me” Tabuya shying away from these images is laughable. She neither confirms nor denies which says all we need to know. She’s been after the limelight for as far back as we can all remember. Now it’s coming back to slap her smack bang in the face. She should take a cue from grounded family women who help lead their families in all humility (and cleanliness may I add) Fili Vosorogo and wife are excellent examples.
Lynda is the epitome of manipulation. Step down and do yourself and the nation a huge favour. You’re fast loosing all credibility not only with the women of this nation but your voters too.

Parents of Fiji, this is the woman responsible for our kids. Just think about it for a moment. If such a woman was in your family, would you ever let your kids or your husbands near her.

This is the new standard set by the coalition.

What do we call a person who has lost all shame? In Fiji we call her Lynda.

That’s her 100% that’s why she is trying her best to get her image removed. What other evidences does PAP enquiry need on the rampant sex and drug fuelled party at room 233? She needs to step down asap and face charges for lying that it’s all fake, deceiving the public and hiding her crime of using weed whilst on public funded trip.

Her poor image and discipline is costing this Coalition heavily.
All hard work is going down the gutter everyday with her.
She is the hole that they don’t need on a already sinking ship.
Even PAP voters and her followers are now saying this. They want her gone.

Look around. What has LT achieved? Nothing at all.
Other women leaders in Cabinet do much more work that is recognised by the Fijians. No amount of social media PR is going to save her.

She should have been stood down from all duties rather than causing further harm while there is such a concerning investigation in place. It undermines the country’s image and that of women in leadership.

The Gov of Fiji must treat woman in such scandalous behavior fuelled with sex, drugs, alcohol, and abuse of taxpayer funded work trip with same processes that will be applied to a man. We need to live by the rules across all gender types. No favoritism required.

Stand LT down. And if found guilty remove her from the Cabinet immediately.

This is a message to DFAT Australia.

We are watching where our taxpayer funds are invested in Fiji and the Pacific.
Get ready to answer some hard questions.
It seems like there is no accountability in many places and things are left to be.
Ausaid is a growing failure and this is another example of investment in women in leadership gone wrong.

If this Minister was in an Australian Cabinet she would have been removed from all duties right away. Heard what she did with the child that was abused. That online harm was more than enough to remove her.

Our taxpayer funds are wasted here on one woman and this is not good enough for all women. This is a bigger matter on our responsibility of diligence on why we are continuing to invest in women in Parliament and other activities when this is a prime example of Fiji doing nothing to pick its ball game. They simply don’t care. Other PIC governments are watching this closely and so are the women-led NGOs.

We need to stop wasting our taxpayer funds on these activities in Fiji. Let Fiji invest in its own women running wild in Cabinet.

From the street -Lynda has attracted more followers/support since her décolletage plus was shown. “We don’t care what she’s done-those pictures are great!” Use it or lose it.

Joking of course. Not meaning to be sexist. Just repeating words around the traps!

Lynda has lost and is fast losing a lot of her once loyal followers. Famous for all the wrong reasons today.

It is despicable that a leader, let alone a woman at that would allow herself to stoop that low and not only take images of herself, but actually send it to a groveling man. It appears from many accounts that some of the images online were not only from Aseri Radrodro, but also Lynda’s many other lovers and romps over the years.

I can only imagine how women in Fiji must be complaining about how LT’s actions have surely tarnished the work done to lift women’s political and leadership participation.

As for political leaders and credibility, I would rather vote Sainiana Radrodro any day than either her ass of a husband or her k2 LT!!

I don’t know why Sainiana hasn’t stood for politics yet!! You should Mrs Radrodro! You certainly have the humility, the heart for service and your struggling past that you’ve been so kind as to share publicly, makes you a worthy leader! Someone who’s walked the talk and especially someone who doesn’t shy away from owning your mistakes and lessons! You certainly have my respect and admiration !

How many days does it take to figure this out?! I agree with only one thing: Stop the weed please! Cause you all in PAP need clarity.

In most of the world, this would have been dealt with and the person sacked. The moral compass is broken or never worked. Fiji already lost respect in Aus and NZ and around the world but this shows Fiji can’t be trusted to do the simplest thing and has not changed. Fiji you’re in your own bubble and don’t know the standards of good governance and good countries.
The lack of ethics and integrity is mind blowing to any decent person around the world.

“We are a country racked by increasing poverty, apathy and mistrust in the good that governments can do. How can we persuade people who are preoccupied simply with survival that democracy, good governance and rule of law are so important to make Fiji better?”
    Richard Naidu, Jan 2022.

Guru Naidu predicted the fall before it all began. Well done, mate. Must be time for the Fiji Times to give him a page to write another one of his articles. Go for it! Coalition on weed themselves.

I beg you not to attend any function in any schools in Fiji.
I also beg you not to attend any women empowerment activities in Fiji.
We don’t trust you near our daughters.
We don’t want you representing us.

The irony of Lynda Tabuyas initials!
It’s distressing to see this defiant hussy has not been stood down by the Coalition Government and the People’s Alliance Party have lost their moral compass by delaying the decision to remove LT.
Is there anyone in the PAP who will stand up for morals and personal integrity?
Do you condone immoral behavior, drug taking and conduct unbecoming of a Fiji Government Minister?
Please, stand up for Fiji and give us hope that evil hasn’t overrun our country.

Lynda’s sheep are an equal misery to watch.
She sells rugby raffles tickets that mostly has alcohol as prizes while in a middle of an investigation that is about sex scandal and drugs.

The sheep: Vinaka Naita, Madam you look beautiful, Vinaka Madam, God bless, Vinaka na veiqaravi madam, Madam is our Fijian Barbie.

That’s what one calls a herd of clueless sheep. No morals. This is the idol they look up to in the name of fashion and Christianity. Remember the same lot had Radrodro as their idol too. And Rabuka, the abuser wearing an immunity medal of honour.

Lord save us. We are doomed by the kuku lot.

I’m just wondering why did that monster say to Lynda that he wants to “jump in her face” after she had already agreed to stop the weed?

Is that a reference to some sex act (just a “yes or no” answer will do thanks), OR is that a threat to punish her for whatever reason? After all, we all now know he is a known genital mutilator.

      Urban dictionary:

Jump out the face – it’s what you say when u drop out of a drug deal.

Jump in your face – sexual encounter, almost by force and vulgarity, causing harm is obvious.

So well describes both of them. Now they can both jump and play jumping jack (with jack daniels).

        Vinaka, Jump wavoki.

So it’s clear that Fiji’s minister for women & children allows herself to be abused in this manner. The price that she chooses to pay for her ambition, YUCK!

She’s neither a worthy representative of women and children’s interests, nor is she fit to remain an MP. The scandalous duo should “take a running jump”(to borrow from FijiLeaks) out of Parliament along with their jackass drink and weed.

          Well put, Small Query.

A Minister for Women and Children openly takes on the offer of jump on her face. Drugs and sex scandal confirmed in many ways.

And PAP wants Fiji to hold this woman and Radrodro in Cabinet.

          They can all go jump.

Expose all the wife beaters and cheaters!
Men that beat a women will most likely do that again. And those that cheat will cheat again.
What are the odds that Aseri has been abusive towards Saniana? Probably quite high. Even a strong women when abused can lose her power and self esteem and has to regain it back.
Time for women of Fiji to take their power back! Have courage and faith. Life is short so be with people that love you and cherish you.

Women of Fiji, kindly do yourself some hard learning about what it means to be a woman of dignity.

I am sick and tired when anyone says that women like Mrs Radrodro and the PM’s wife should be held in high regard. Some even suggesting they will vote for Mrs Radrodro next election.

What high regard are we talking about here for these women?
These women are in power but without virtue and moral standing. These women give rise to and enable violence on themselves and other women. They know too well how abusive their men are and they act like their men are the only men to be worshipped to the alter for the sake of love.

    You women are so stupid.
If this is the bar that is set for women upholding their men in high regard while being abused themselves then we are a nation full of sick women.

You lot need to rewire your brains, fast.

    February 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

How is it that a child abuser is the Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection in Fiji?

Does any of this sink in or are Fijians so thick?

She abuses a child that she should have safeguarded in her care and state care at all costs. She jumps to decisions made while the case was still under investigation.

This all happened when she was under an investigation herself. She did not keep the child safe and failed in her duty of care. She should be taken to the highest courts by child protection agencies in the Pacific and the world for the part she played to gain political look at me Minister while allowing thousands of Fijians to share the video of a child WITHOUT THE CHILD’S CONSENT.

Lynda Tabuya should be sacked. Or be ready to face another investigation at international level soon. Indecent human.

In any civilized democracy, the honorable thing to do would be to apologize to the nation and resign.
PAP will lose the small % of fencesitters that were the real kingmakers of GE2022 in GE2026 if they whitewash this issue of national importance.

With all the pornographic images linked to LT and Radrodro’s filthy, brutal Australian romp circulating all over the internet, any right-thinking ITaukei Christian woman would’ve resigned a long time ago!

About Grubsheet

Graham Davis
Grubsheet Feejee is the blogsite of Graham Davis, an award-winning journalist turned communications consultant who was the Fijian Government’s principal communications advisor for six years from 2012 to 2018 and continued to work on Fiji’s global climate and oceans campaign up until the end of the decade.

Fiji-born to missionary parents and a dual Fijian-Australian national, Graham spent four decades in the international media before returning to Fiji to work full time in 2012. He reported from many parts of the world for the BBC, ABC, SBS, the Nine and Seven Networks and Sky News and wrote for a range of newspapers and magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Graham launched Grubsheet Feejee in 2011 and suspended writing for it after the Fijian election of 2014, by which time he was working at the heart of government. But the website continued to attract hits as a background resource on events in Fiji in the transition back to parliamentary democracy.

Grubsheet relaunches in 2020 at one of the most critical times in Fijian history, with the nation reeling from the Covid-19 crisis and Frank Bainimarama’s government shouldering the twin burdens of incumbency and economic disintegration.

Grubsheet’s sole agenda is the national interest; the strengthening of Fiji’s ties with the democracies; upholding equal rights for all citizens; government that is genuinely transparent and free of corruption and nepotism; and upholding Fiji’s service to the world in climate and oceans advocacy and UN Peacekeeping.
