# MOMENT OF TRUTH FOR THE QUEEN OF TARTS

Posted on January 24, 2025 20 Comments

Speculation is rife that Lynda Tabuya is to be expelled from the People’s Alliance and will lose her seat in parliament when the party’s disciplinary committee reports today to the party leadership, including Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, on its deliberations over her infamous nude video.

The former Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection was saved by the PM after her drug- taking and “brutal” sex encounter with her fellow minister, Aseri Radrodro, in Room 233 of Melbourne’s Windsor Hotel in August 2023. But a second scandal is generally considered too great for her to be able to survive and Rabuka is indicating that this time, he’ll comply with the Committee’s recommendation.

Some of Tabuya’s supporters are running the line that even if she is expelled from the PAP, she will be able to remain in parliament as an independent. Wrong.

Even today’s Fiji Sun falls for this disinformation but here it is in black and white in the Constitution. She will be out altogether.

Of course, there is still a chance that the Prime Minister will be tempted to ride out the scandal and keep Lynda Tabuya in the party. This would be based on former US president Lyndon Johnson‘s dictum that it would be better to have her on the inside pissing out than on the outside pissing in come the next election.

But Tabuya has made the fatal mistake as a second offender of simply pissing too many people off. The hardheads of the PAP know that whatever her electoral (and physical) charms, she is now simply carrying far too much baggage to be an asset if the People’s Alliance is to be taken seriously.

Having been found guilty by the PAP of a “sex and illicit drugs” scandal last March, there is now at least one – a reportedly two more – pornographic videos that the co-chair of the government anti-porn taskforce made of herself. And these are bound to resurface (or surface) in the election lead-up and be used by the PAP’s opponents to damage the party and damage her.

Fiji is not Italy or Russia, where smoking “weed”, bonking someone else’s husband and creating pornographic images when you are the anti-porn czarina might be considered an electoral plus. So our guess is that either Lynda Tabuya is gone or the chances increase that the People’s Alliance will be gone come election day.

All of which means that if the PAP has any sense of self preservation, it’s bye-bye Lynda, if only because she is now an electoral liability.

Two strikes and you’re out. The PM kept Lynda Tabuya in the ministry after the following devastating finding last March. But only a complete fool would do it again. On second thoughts…

Global headlines…

————-

The problem is that it wasn’t for her husband but reportedly one of Lynda Tabuya’s lovers – a Fijian member of the British Army.

She also told the Electoral Office that she and husband, Rob Semaan, were divorced in 2016 when they are still living together as man and wife. And did so to avoid declaring his huge income as co-owner of Pacific Building Solutions – Fiji’s largest construction company and the recipient of a host of government contracts.

The repeated lies of the former minister for bonking and weed have finally caught up with her. And it is all self-inflicted, including the destruction of her reputation and the loss of her influence at the top to benefit her husband’s business.

That would be the most commonsense thing to do. Put the trash outside in the trashcan.

But, noooo..like collecting bottles that we could recycle, he may just create a new portfolio for the dancing queen. Minister of Art and Entertainment, anyone?

Maybe. But the People’s Alliance has to reduce the number of reasons for Fijians not to vote for it again, not add to them.

There is a saying you make your bed – you lie in it!

Lynda Tabuya trampled all over the life and marriage of another woman she is supposed to be protecting , as the Minister for Women; Children and Social Protection.

As a result she cannot be trusted again to lead the nation and speak for women and children! She insisted on denying her sordid affair and was determined to have her fellow Minister leave his wife and marry the Queen of Tarts!

The slut is evil and determined to use her money, influence and body to influence people so we won’t be surprised if PAP retains her !

Sadly even after being caught out in 2024, early 2025, she pursued her fellow cabinet Minister relentlessly even laughing at his wife when she confronted her to leave her husband alone.

High on drugs and drunk, she would call their home and bother them. Being sworn at by her once lover to leave him alone only makes her even more determined to destroy the lives of the entangled couple she’s affected!

So the insane woman who gets bothered and insulted when she cannot get what she wants, is the epitome of disaster and will be the downfall of PAP in 2026!

Three is a crowd Lynda! Just as the Coalition is realizing especially when Rabuka decides for a foursome !

If Biman Prasad can be rescued from arrest at the last minute, and get away with it, watch for a last minute reprieve for Fiji’s porn Queen.

Long overdue. If he had any moral decency left in him, old wrinkly balls should also call it a day and step down. Hand the reins over to other competent MPs for their remaining term, after all he was just as bad if not worse than his pornstar MP in any ways and has not paid for any of his gross misdeeds.

Hell, had he even an ounce of wisdom, he would hve turned down prime ministership role after 2022 elections to allow the country a fresh start from recycled coupsters.

But no, hubris will always get the better of him to his dying day.

So off with your head PAP, as long as recycled wrinkly balls sticks around come next GE!

Sexual misconduct that goes unpunished is a political death knell and Rabuka has been forced to act. This time he cannot ignore the evidence, which is there in all its glory for all to see, turtle motifs and all, leaving nothing to the imagination.

If he is fair and consistent, Rabuka should also sack Biman as DPM and finance minster for his sexual harassment of Taniguchi. There should be zero tolerance for sexual harassment but Biman’s NFP won’t take action against him. The party is on its last legs anyway because of Biman’s cowardice and betrayal.

Rabuka should take the sexual harassment allegations seriously as they are pretty compelling and obviously traumatized the victim and brought her tears. Imagine how the woman’s husband felt.

Like Lynda, Biman is dark a stain on the government and he should go. Rabuka should not discriminate or he is seen as a weak leader who can only take action against female MP and allows the male MP to escape scot free.

Reports indicate that Biman not only sexually harassed the woman, he also bullied her when the matter came to light, and made false allegations against her. The poor woman is the victim of a well connected man who is a pathetic human being, not to mention a hopeless politician. The woman was victim-blamed and never received any justice. Her curse is on NFP. PAP might become cursed as well.

So, Rabuka, be a man. Do the right thing. Protect the women of this country. Save your government and your party. Save the people of this country from a hopeless Finance Minister. Sack Biman.

Based on the appointments by this government and the MPs who the people “elected”, Lynda is now immensely qualified to be the next PM. She is a role model and a household name. She is progressive, young, full of ideas, knows how to use TikTok and Facebook, knows how to get publicity, is a grandmother and full of wisdom, is iTaukei and dodgy and most importantly she is a woman. Exactly what Fiji needs at this time.
I reckon she ticks all the boxes. Just ask her.
She should mount a challenge and kick the useless PM’s saggy butt and dodgy knees.

Knowing what Rabuka is like, he’ll eat his cake and want to have it too.

Nothing will happen to Lynda. Maximum she’ll be given a back bench for 6 months and slowly snuck back into a ministerial portfolio.

Fijians don’t know how short a memory they have. At least half have no brains to understand what’s happening around them. The other 45% have a memory of a tictok video size and the 5% who do have a functional brain are too exhausted to care.

Lynda has her hands too far up Biman’s and Rabuka’s pants to let anything happen to her. She could just squeeze the sauce out of the tomatoes of many in government with a few flicks of her fingers.

      She will be back.

PM cannot ignore those 11,000 votes Lynda pulled at the last elections.

Fiji’s coup culture of almost 50 years has left the population unable to elect a majority of politicians who work for the good of the whole country rather than their sectional interests.

The lack of good governance for the welfare of the country as a whole has also had a corrosive effect on morality and cohesiveness in Fijian society.

Self-interest, corruption, dishonesty, immorality, and lust for power have become the norm for too many of Fiji’s politicians.

Can our present prime minister, who has been so instrumental in the current state of affairs, show the courage and honesty to do the right thing and start the recovery of integrity in the country’s leadership by taking action against the likes of Lynda Tabuya??

Perhaps he could just resign, retire and go enjoy some time with his grandchildren before dementia fully sets in.

Will also give him some time to ponder about the devasting effects of his action in 1987 that destroyed a once promising nation. And maybe he will say sorry (again) and for real this time around.

Oh wait, I forgot, this guy doesn’t have a conscience.

I’m one of those 11k votes in the rigged election. Doubt she has that support now. Social media is a small % of the 700,000 + voters out there.
My family and I are NOT voting for this pretentious low life again.
First thing she did was raise her salary while our poor families struggle to feed their own. Children, elders, disadvantaged, etc.
Will keep our votes in the party if she’s expelled from the party. Will vote against PAP if she stays.

Lynda as expected has again shown that she still holds the best cards in the game, and she is also holding some big balls by the neck.

She has too much to expose about Biman and Rabuka and possibly others. She is unsackable.

We have some really high standards set by the coalition government and they keep adding to the list.

PS. Why is Bimaan persistently posting nonsense on Facebook. Does he know he is minister for economy and not a gossiping housewife.

Looks like the old tart may regain her position with PAP. What a sad day for Fiji to have a political Party retain this cheap excuse for a woman as member. If this were elsewhere around the world, she would have been sacked without reservation: Considering having flaunted that unkept bush all over the internet.
After the shame and utter embarrassment she has caused the nation, wives mothers and children, she is unfit and mentally unstable to be any sort of leader. A fake pretentious woman who attempts too hard to be the center of attention using her husbands millions. (Ex husband that is). It’s His millions that’s keeping PAP and Govt wanting more.
The standard and caliber of leaders we have in Govt today is shameful. Many first hand testimonies from men and women of how slutty this woman is behind closed doors. Shame on PAP

About Grubsheet

Graham Davis
Grubsheet Feejee is the blogsite of Graham Davis, an award-winning journalist turned communications consultant who was the Fijian Government’s principal communications advisor for six years from 2012 to 2018 and continued to work on Fiji’s global climate and oceans campaign up until the end of the decade.

Fiji-born to missionary parents and a dual Fijian-Australian national, Graham spent four decades in the international media before returning to Fiji to work full time in 2012. He reported from many parts of the world for the BBC, ABC, SBS, the Nine and Seven Networks and Sky News and wrote for a range of newspapers and magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Graham launched Grubsheet Feejee in 2011 and suspended writing for it after the Fijian election of 2014, by which time he was working at the heart of government. But the website continued to attract hits as a background resource on events in Fiji in the transition back to parliamentary democracy.

Grubsheet relaunches in 2020 at one of the most critical times in Fijian history, with the nation reeling from the Covid-19 crisis and Frank Bainimarama’s government shouldering the twin burdens of incumbency and economic disintegration.

Grubsheet’s sole agenda is the national interest; the strengthening of Fiji’s ties with the democracies; upholding equal rights for all citizens; government that is genuinely transparent and free of corruption and nepotism; and upholding Fiji’s service to the world in climate and oceans advocacy and UN Peacekeeping.
