As Lynda Tabuya arrives at the Fiji Law Society Convention in Nadroga amid a national whispering campaign about her affair with Aseri Radrodro, an even more shocking story is emerging from the upper levels of the Coalition government – that the Prime Minister, Sitiveni Rabuka is unable to move against Tabuya because of his own sexual history with his Minister for Women and Children.
According to highly credible sources in the People’s Alliance Party, the reason for the continuing silence over the revelation that the Prime Minister gave false information to the Fijian people exonerating Lynda Tabuya and Aseri Radrodro is that Rabuka himself is compromised. A notorious serial philanderer himself, he allegedly has his hands tied because he too has had an entanglement with Lynda Tabuya.
The only uncertain aspect – according to these sources – is whether their sexual relationship is historical or ongoing. Because there are shocking accounts circulating that they may have been involved as recently as the COP28 meeting in Dubai in early December. Lynda Tabuya is said to have spent a great deal of time in the Prime Minister’s hotel room with only the two of them present. And this raised eyebrows sky high with other members of the Fijian delegation.
Grubsheet can scarcely believe that I am putting this story on the public record. To any right- thinking Fijian, it would normally be unthinkable to imagine two people in such positions of public trust betraying that trust. Yet there is no doubt that these two individuals have form and unfortunately for them and the government, it is not too difficult to imagine the veracity of the accounts emanating not from the opposition or known government critics but from within the PAP itself.
Here’s part of a message Grubsheet received yesterday from someone close to the very top of the party about the sex and drug scandal that has not only enveloped Lynda Tabuya and Aseri Radrodro but the Prime Minister and the government.
“The PM and Govt chose to throw their lot with LT and AR, defending the morally indefensible. By choosing not to uphold public integrity and the prevailing moral and ethical standards of Fiji’s society and instead protect and cover up LT and AR’s sex scandal… indicates a morally bereft Leadership and Govt, blinded by their own arrogant self-serving agenda to do all that is necessary, even if it means violating and endangering public morality, to keep their public office. All I can see is that their actions will not save them”.
The hypocrisy of supposedly God-fearing individuals failing to meet even the most basic standards of conduct has horrified those who expected the PAP to be different and to restore proper democratic governance to the nation. Could it really be possible that Lynda Tabuya has Sitiveni Rabuka by the “stalk” – that he cannot move against her for fear of their own affair becoming public knowledge and a time when the Prime Minister has also made such public displays of “loving” his wife, Sulueti?
Poor Sulueti has suffered a lifetime of betrayal at Sitiveni Rabuka’s hands, as evidenced in the accompanying clips published by Victor Lal at Fijileaks. Rabuka is a serial philanderer with a string of sexual conquests behind him and several illegitimate children to show for it. So in the light of these latest allegations, the Bill Clinton of Fiji has some serious questions to answer.
1/ Have you ever had sex with that woman – Lynda Tabuya?
2/ If so, how much is that influencing you in dealing with her entanglement with Aseri Radrodro?
3/ How do you intend to deal with the fact that you misled the nation on September 4 2023 in exonerating the pair when hard evidence exists that makes liars of them and you.
Even for some of the Prime Minister’s closest associates at the top of government, silence is no longer an option. Sitiveni Rabuka needs to confront this scandal head-on or it will haunt the Coalition all the way to the next election and dog him and Lynda Tabuya at every turn.
There is a scurrilous rumour circulating tonight that Lynda Tabuya is the only delegate to the Law Society Convention to have her room number listed on the official program. And other rumours that the wives of certain prominent lawyers have forbidden their husbands from going to the Shangri-La on the grounds that they are at high risk of moral danger.
We can be sure that the first rumour can be dismissed out of hand. But as for the second, we can no longer be quite so sure. Because after what happened to Sainiana Radrodro when the Great Temptress, Lynda Tabuya, targeted her husband, an army of Fiji’s women are said to be determined that the same humiliation will not be visited on them.
And then there is what happened in Delhi…
Having voted for change, Fiji, we’ve got it alright. A government with the morals of a bunch of tom-cats and female pusi on heat.

Reminds me of the Bill Clinton statement, “I (referring to many) did not have sex with that woman”.

I am so glad that you had run tests through your IT experts! To see that she still says that it is ‘allegations against her’ is mind boggling! No one can hide from the Truth; it will expose up somehow!
I was so surprised to have learnt that she has been doing it for sometime as I had invited her to speak to USP students during the USPSA Welfare week in 2020 before COVID – 19 came to Fiji!
I am just saddened to see the state in which Fiji is in!
