The Prime Minister confirms that Siromi Turaga is being removed as Justice Minister in today’s cabinet reshuffle as he takes ministerial responsibility, among other things, for the Christopher Pryde debacle. But by far the most notable aspect of the reshuffle is that Sitiveni Rabuka is using your money to buy off seven members of the Group of Nine former FijiFirst MPs by making them either ministers or assistant ministers.
The biggest whores naturally cost the most – Ioane Naivalurua as Minister for Policing (what’s happened to Pio Tikoduadua‘s role in the police?), former RFMF commander Viliame Naupoto as Minister for Immigration and Mosese Bulitavu as Minister for Climate Change. Naivalurua knows something about the police because he once ran the Force. Naupoto knows something about immigration because he was Frank Bainimarama’s director of immigration after the 2006 coup and placed travel bans on the regime’s opponents.
But what the hell does Mosese Bulitavu know about climate change? Nothing. And his arrival at Kadavu House to elbow out Biman Prasad as the minister in charge of climate policy is the surest sign yet of what is to come – the Prime Minister using his new recruits to eventually cut Baimaan and the NFP loose.
It is a breathtaking exercise in cynicism and a breathtaking misuse of the taxpayer’s money. No-one in the existing ministry loses their job (Siromi Turaga is reportedly being reassigned). So the Fijian people are being required to pay for seven extra ministerial positions to boost the Prime Minister’s political standing and give him the best possible chance of winning the next election. He is using your money to pay for his whores. And make no mistake. That’s what this miserable gaggle of freeloaders really are.
Naivalurua, Naupoto, Bulitavu and the four who have been made assistant ministers were elected to parliament by the Fijian people because they were FijiFirst candidates led by Frank Bainimarama. Yes, FijiFirst has since been dissolved. But if they had any honour at all, they would at least refuse to be bought off by Bainimarama’s sworn enemy, the Snake, whose plans to change the Constitution are a direct repudiation of everything FijiFirst stood for.
The Group of 16 other former FijiFirst MPs led by the Opposition leader, Inia Seruiratu, understand their duty to those who voted for them in 2022 to at least adhere to the policies on which they were elected, and especially the common and equal citizenry, the common identity and the secular state. They are effectively the only thing still standing to prevent Sitiveni Rabuka from gaining absolute power and upending the Constitution, plus everything else the Fijian people voted for at the last election that made FijiFirst the largest group in the parliament.
Now they, and we, have been betrayed by seven of the Group of Nine who without any electoral mandate, have taken Sitiveni Rabuka’s thirty pieces of silver – the taxpayer’s silver – to actually join him in government. And in the ministerial positions that have become even greater sinecures since the disgraceful 138 per cent pay rise presided over by another whore now relegated to the backbench.
Make no mistake again. Naivalurua, Naupoto, Bulitavu and the others are traitors. They have betrayed the principles of the party on whose coattails they rode into parliament. They have betrayed those Fijians who voted for them believing they were men of principle (oh, except for Bulitavu, who has none). And they have betrayed a fundamental tenet of parliamentary democracy, which is if you are elected on a particular platform to serve, you do so on that platform until you subject yourself again to the will of the people.
There are suddenly seven more snouts in the ministerial trough of this chaotic and dysfunction government. Seven more swine living high on the hog while more than half the Fijian people live in poverty.
They are not only whores and traitors. In the face of that poverty, the extra millions of public money being spent by Sitiveni Rabuka to buy support for his own political benefit is obscene. He and the Coalition have shown themselves totally bereft of principle and totally unfit to govern. And the blowtorch of a shocked and disillusioned nation awaits.

The Fiji Sun’s front page coverage this morning…

“Rumour has it” in the Fiji Times.

The Fiji Sun editorial on Rabuka’s “power play”.

The Prime Minister confirms to the Fiji Times that Siromi Turaga is gone from the Justice Ministry, though not from the Cabinet. Maybe they can make him Minister for Chronic Stuff-Ups. Or Minister for Pigs.

Siromi Turaga’s fate was sealed when Christopher Pryde was reinstated. But why isn’t he being sent to the backbench with Lynda?
Even for the most monumental blunders, these pigs still remain at the trough.

Is Charan Jeath (Go to Hell!) Singh also on the skids? The Pravda of the Coalition certainly has the cantankerous whiskey lover in its sights.

Meanwhile over at the other circus in town, Justice Ashton Lewis, finally reveals the real reason why the Commission of Inquiry into the “rotten” circumstances of Barbara Malimali’s appointment as FICAC Commissioner is being held in secret.
The Fijian media simply can’t be trusted.

So there.
Judging from the choice of photo, Pravda (aka the Fiji Times) has already decided that Barbara Malix2 is gone.
NOTE:
My attention has been drawn to a vicious attack on me on Facebook by Charlie Charters, the Yorkshire Bleater and son-in-law of the Madrai Queen and ultra-indigenous nationalist, the late Mere Samisoni.
Charlie knows full well that I have been expelled from Facebook and rather than confront me in these columns, chooses the coward’s way of doing it behind my back.
Poor Charlie is catatonic that Christopher Pryde is back as DPP . He has always falsely accused him of persecuting his mother-in-law when evidence was found that petrol bombs had been carried in a car registered in her name that had been lent to a gang which tried to burn down Suva.
In his fury, Charlie is evidently lashing out intemperately at me as being primarily responsible for the DPP’s return. No, the Tribunal judges who cleared him of misbehaviour and the Constitution are responsible for his return.
The Coalition’s chief propagandist, Matt Wilson, once told me: “Charlie is jealous of your influence and writing ability”. So I shall merely turn the other cheek and suggest that as Yorkshire is plunged into freezing temperatures and snow, Charlie drowns his frustration in another pint of the local poison.
Funnily enough, its name is a perfect description for Charlie himself.

Cheers Big Ears!

You called it, Mr Davis. That he would eventually blend in the “gang of swine..I mean..nine” and get rid of the NFP. Damn snake, man!
Morning GD,
I need to change my posting from a few days ago….Fiji has gone to the dogs to Fiji has gone to the lions. And with due respect to dogs and lions.
As for the professor of economics, do the numbers yourself and you’ll work out that you’re now irrelevant and on the way out.
Comeuppance that you so richly deserve.
Jobs for the boys as widely expected. Tovata Confederacy is tightly in control – President, PM and CJ. More fodder then for that underground political party reportedly in the making. New political blood who stand for the best (like Jiaoji Savou) is desperately needed as Fiji is definitely on life support.
Thanks again Graham. You worked diligently and tirelessly, and the DPP returned. And we know you will continue to do so in pursuit of that welcome change to come at next year, or earlier.
In any real democracy this would seen for what it is-brazen political horse trading to rob the public coffers and the long suffering tax payers of the country, plus the 52% living in abject poverty.
More i-taukei as Ministers and Assistant Ministers! Yay. What a cool, racist, swine of a government Fiji is now.
When Rabuka won the last election I stood up and reminded the Fiji Indians to now watch themselves. Some started swearing at me and told me that they have businesses to run in Fiji so they just go with the flow. Here they are. Going with the flow! Country is doomed. They spread Islamophobia against people. Now what?
To those who have sold themselves to Rabuka please remember that this is the ultimate betrayal to your voters. You have crushed the hopes of equal citizenship in Fiji. We will judge you accordingly next elections.
So the PM did not reshuffle.
He added more ministers.
This is absolutely unnecessary and a waste of tax payer dollars while Fijians are doing it tough in poverty.
Rabuka is officially a PIG. One that should have never been born.
The Fijian media simply cannot be trusted.
lol lol lol lol.
There we have it, Viti!
Yadra Vinaka Stanley Simpson et al. Lice (trying to be the grammar queen) Fred, and others cannot be trusted. Wailei Viti journalists. The ones who act all high mighty and fancy just got a beating and a reminder that they are irrelevant. That they cannot be trusted with facts! That they are unethical practitioners.
Serve you all right! The useless clowns in the government has been running this country wild because the media has failed us.
This is SLR’s team going into the 2026 elections. It would now appear that the de registration of Fiji First was part of a bigger strategy to disband a solid opposition, which ASK fell for.
The G9 switching across will more than likely contest the next elections under a PA ticket as SLR pushes for an outright win in 2026 and by 2027.
The additional salaries, cars and associated costs for this bloated government is something the country cannot afford and while everyone else has to tighten their belts, the Government keeps putting the squeeze on to the tax payers
As for NFP and its leadership, they deserve what is coming
The Fijians are so gullible as the media in Fiji has made them exactly that.
The tribunal investigations did not cost only $80k. That’s just direct cost incurred by the inquiry team. The indirect cost is not even mentioned. This will include thousands more towards those in government and other places putting all administrative and legal documents together, the government officials appearing for the cases and investigations themselves and their costs. The cost just easily run into half million or more.
Those who run and operate a business understood how big this commission was. The integrity of Fiji is hanging by a thread and this move by G9 is just another example of wasting more money that Fiji doesn’t have on people who have no values to their own voters. It is called waka jumping. These jumpers will be no body or toast when it comes to next elections.
G D
So, Rabuka has bribed and bought the opposition Members of Parliament, by promoting some of them into his own cabinet and thus effectively destroying the separation of powers along the party line. Fiji is no longer a parliamentary democracy because there is no opposition. People who have elected their representatives to serve their interests in parliament had jumped ship and are without representation in government. What a sad state of affairs and Fiji is slowly drifting into the anarchical state of Haiti, with gang violence, robberies, endemic crime and most serious of all the disenfranchising Indians from power sharing.
Fiji’s media is useless.
Fiji Transparency just blew up the Fiji Tourism saga that is happening under Hill and Howard.
Hill is busy getting praises for himself on LinkedIn. That is his main priority.
Howard, the COO exposed for fraudulent practices.
I am wondering why Andre is the chair for Fiji Tourism when he is the CEO for Fiji Airways? It seems fishy.
Aren’t all the above expatriates? How come they or their spouses have work visas to something that can be done by local people? Why is Andre the chair and not another person as that is a conflict of interest position for him.
I might be reading too much but kudos to Fiji Transparency for doing a better job than Fiji’s Media.
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15V5KjeY3F/?mibextid=wwXIfr
The Labasa Airport is under repair. A new contract has been awarded. Nowhere in the Fiji media was it mentioned this week that Pacific Building Solutions has been awarded the contract. Not a mention at all. Why? Because of the My Husband video and owner Semaan’s compromised reputation. Not that they have any reputation anyway.
But this is what is disturbing.
Why is a well known USA scammer allowed near any government contracts in Fiji worth millions of dollars?
Why is Semaan having access to our taxpayer, World Bank, ADB and other banks loans with that record of a fraud person?
Where is donor due diligence?
What due diligence is in place in Fiji?
Who checks the finer integrity of a supplier?
Fiji government continues to fail the people of Fiji by awarding contracts to scammers and no questions have been raised by media.
This is just another example of a bigger corruption in Fiji.
I am going to write to every donor now and ask for due diligence documents to be made public if Pacific Building Solutions is awarded any contracts that is donor approved. It is time to hold these donors and a scammer accountable.
Just like Jai Ram Reddy was whipped for going to bed with the Buka, Biman’s time for being the chief c**k sucker will be coming to an end soon. And rightly so.
And as for Richard (dick) Naidu. We will wait and see.
Maybe Turaga could be installed as head of the newly created ministry of Faux Pas and Backstabbing. He certainly has the experience.
Rambo emerges victorious.
NFP were fools to believe they could “control” him. A quick inquiry into how tax holidays get dished out and who benefits would complete that coup. Too easy. But that’s what happens when principles are comprised and good governance chucked out the window.
GD. As I had said earlier, rabaku will spend whatever it takes and do whatever he wants and break any law needed just to ensure he remains in power. He just doesn’t care about the fijian public, he never has. It’s always been about himself. Just keep on adding to the bill…the most bloated and expensive and useless cabinet in Fijis history, numerous pantomimes dressed as inquiries and investigations, wasteful committees and meetings, countless evil witch hunts by police and ficac, all controlled and at the behest of the most evil bastard to be ever born in Fiji.
The swine doesn’t even care about the poor itaukei let alone the entire fijian populace. The new bunch of clowns that he’s added to his current gang of misfits also don’t give a shit about the fijian public.
Millions more added to the expense bill?…no problem just tax the fijian public more and make their lives even more miserable.
But the itaukei will suffer more?…no problem…the majority of them will blindly support us because we made sure through our constant bullshit in our campaigns over many decades starting with mu coups of 87 that we poisoned their minds with the fear of the indo fijians taking over itaukei land and culture.
But some indo fijians like Biman and his stupid friends will always support us because they want to stay in power too?… of course silly..theres always been a group of treacherous indo fijians who will betray the rights of their own people because they also like power and perks and just like us they don’t care about the well being of fiji and ALL fijians….BTW…shhh…don’t tell biman and his idiotic lap dogs, many of whom are also present in the media, that we will suddenly one fine day throw biman and his merry men out of cabinet as soon as I’ve used him as much as I can.
So you see…I Rabaku evil personified will have power and control forever cos I will live forever. I will say and do whatever it takes to fool everyone in Fiji to achieve this. In fact I do this on a daily basis. I am the great pretender, the epitome of evil and I love it. I will always win because the indo fijians are weak sell outs who don’t have the guts to protest, I’ve made sure the average itaukei have been well and truly poisoned against a common enemy that occupies their mind so that they don’t think about important things like the economy, health and education. The the elite itaukei will always be bought off cos they are just plain greedy and I have the means to shut them up with power and privelege, the traitorous wet sponges leading the judiciary, police, ficac and military are in the left pocket of my sulu and please don’t worry about the media..they are either too afraid of me or just wagging their miserable tails on the side waiting for the scraps I have promised them via my current favorite lap dog, Biman Prasad. But not for too long…now that I’ve got Naivalarua and his whores bought off like the cheap traffic police …it’s just a matter of time before I give Biman the bajaru the biggest liumuri kick up his arse.
Here’s to more chaos…cheers!!
The only thing one needs to know about climate change in Fiji is how to hold out your hand or the beggars bowl.
Time for NFP and the group of 5 spineless cowards to be shown the way out.
I am no fan of Rabuka but i believe there yet may be better governance with just PAP in government rather than the broken 3 legged stool.
Also time to sack people like Siromi and Tubuya.
Dogs, Lions, Pigs.
I’d say it’s become a jungle with a pack of ruthless Hyenas overrun the place.
The govt aims to create as many ministers and assistant ministers of the elite and as many medal recipients they can create at their quarterly medal handing out ceremonies for the public. And all the receivers of the medals and ministerial perks and salaries say Vinaka coalition govt, Vinaka. You have our loyalty and our souls.
Afro Fijian Siromi, the playmaker, is indispensable and will not be dumped. Thus his reassignment. Just like CJ, CR and the ex-to-be ODPP seniors, his mediocre legal knowledge, skills and articulation are held in the highest regard by the senile CEO of Fiji.
Rabuka has brought back his loyal lapdogs of 1987 and given them high positions in government e.g Kubuabola (Fiji Hicom NZ); Korovavala (PS Foreign Affairs); Taraikinikini (PRUN New York); Evans (Hicom PNG); Isireli Caucau (Hicom Malaysia) etc.
He has now added Naupoto and Naivalura (the guy wore a balaclava in 1987 and with his goons took Bavadra and his government hostage). Bulitavu was too young in 1987 but is Rambo’s nephew so that matters.
GD is correct. Rambo is consolidating his power and has bought out the G9 by using taxpayers funds to bribe them across the floor. The ethno-nationalists under Rambo are back in power folks.
Rambo was never a democrat. Neither is he repentant for his actions in 1987. He will now move to demolish the NFP and Sodelpa.
But most importantly, he now has the numbers in parliament to throw out the 2013 Constitution. Enjoy the ride folks!
Another powerful 87’er is Baledrokadroka who reviewed and resurrected the GCC.
Baledrokadroka is vying for an ambassadorial post and will be offered one soon. So don’t despair. lol
New Ministries will also need new PSs and other staff, vehicles etc. More cost to the tax payer. No more talk of the national debt obviously. Some people who used to be very loud about this and many topics are very very quiet these days. Those very rich people who used to comment are sitting pretty (and quiet) now, because a corrupt and incompetent government does not affect them, it may actually be good for business, it is the poor who suffer.
Div D is still acting like a lap dog though. Time to boycott Damodar for good.
Sitiveni Scumbuka knows that there is a division in PAP. The ones causing the division will leave PAP to form their own party before the 2026 election. So, before Shitiveni loses the PAP votes (that would go the new party and the former PAP candidates), he decided to take the new seven opposition members in from now and build up support for them so that the can be PAP candidates in the 2026 election and get votes for the party.
Once Fiji First lost its leader and were deregistered the Gang of 9 were then not under any obligation to uphold what they had been elected for or the people who voted for them. The name for them is Traitor. Traitors to the people who elected them.
It was just a matter of time before the Gang of 9 would accept the 30 pieces of silver and join the shambles called the Fiji Government. And in doing so demonstrate how easily it is to corrupt some politicians in Fiji.
How long will NFP and SODELPA survive? I’ll give them 3 maybe 6 months before they are removed from Ministerial positions! They are no longer needed!
As for Turaga he should join Lynda on the back bench and stay there as he is incompetent!
The PM is likely going to sell it as “national unity” and some will fall for it. But not all the people of Fiji are gullible. Question is what happens to the “Coalition Government” and the Coalition Agreement? Surely Biman knows that NFP will be absolutely decimated in the next elections? Or has he convinced himself with his own hubris. Not to mention the former FF 9, especially Bulitavu. They better enjoy the next 2 years. I hope we will have a viable alternative Party in 2026 to vote this lot out.
Boys looking after boys Fiji.Wow finally bulitavu is a minister under his uncle Rabuka – no favouritism here!Big boys club this is ,they have spent the last two years deciding how they can make everyone in parliament a minister.Where is Inia, he as a opposition leader should be questioning why we have such a big cabinet but because he has his mates cross the floor and prepare themselves for the next election Inia must be worried now that he missed the boat.
Siromi should be booted out or demoted to an assistant minister. He’s cost the government financially and made them looks incredibly stupid through his attempts to Fijianise the legal system and the DPP saga should be the final straw.
Along with Siromi, Charan Jeath Singh also needs to be thrown out. It was CJS who took the photo during the cocktail and sent it on to create mischief. The fact he was able to keep the phone steady enough during his usual drunken stupor is probably a one off situation. The man can’t walk without dunking his head into a vat of whiskey.
As for the male prostitutes that have entered Rabukas harem, people should see them lurking around government buildings soon enough, looking to drum up some business. Just remember, if you’re planning to engage with them, wear protection and have lots of cash ready because this government works on cash.
Wasn’t CJS advised by a Suva lawyer to take that photo? If so presumably that lawyer needs to be disciplined!
On this trend why not make a minister out of everyone in parliament! Minisiter for Works, Minister for Climate, Minister Finance, Minister Navy, Minister for Army…Minister for this and for that and for everything under the Fijian sun….keep everyone in the various provinces, confederacies, maritime islands, old boys networks happy.
“KLEPTOCRACY” Noun. Definition – a society or system ruled by people who use their power to steal their country’s resources.
Like the qarase fella once offered to make someone minister for drains and creeks. Minister for parks.
Split the portfolios of the ever drunk minister of “its got nothing to do with sugar” appointing a separate “go to hell” ministry.
If the people of Fiji weren’t entirely convinced of Rabuka’s agenda and true from, this latest action says it all.
It also throws mud over any perception that the i Taukeis are united as a group. It is every man and dog for himself, as demonstrated by the sudden liumuri culture demonstrated by Naivalarua, Naputo and others. They are easily bought for a few pieces of silver as aptly stated by Grubsheet.
The militarization of the civil service and reward of his cronies from 1987 continues unashamedly. The sprinkling of the few Indo-Fijians are either because of their support for PAP (Charan Singh & Parmesh Chand) or the check-mate put by NFP in getting his people like Jagnath Sami (High Commissioner to India) and PS Sivendra Micahel ( the son of one of closest friends of Biman and contributors to NFP coffers, residing in NZ).
Otherwise it is to protect Biman Prasad position as Minister of Finance. This is a red line for NFP. Any independent evaluation of his performance would have him reassigned immediately. He has been a disaster for the economy. Just look at his criticism of Aiyaz today and he doesn’t have the balls to stand up to the expansion of the Cabinet and of course spending over $2m on the junket to Baku. In case he continues to immerse his head further in the sand, his actions are giving more credence to Aiyaz in his various roles, no matter how one looks at it on hindsight.
Bulitavu’s elevation as Minister of Climate Change must be a sick joke. We are back to the drawing board where after trying to educate Biman, Rabuka and his cronies on climate change, now we need to enlighten Bulitavu. All resources will be directed to build Bulitavu’s capacity which is a tall order.
2026 cannot come quick enough!
Feel sorry for the PS Environment and Climate Change (one of the few actually highly qualified PSs) with Bulitavu as Minister.
No wonder he was throwing a tantrum about being “overworked” so he could get in these traitors!
By far the largest Cabinet lineup for a Pacific country with a population size of less than 1 million.
Well taxpayers, you’ll just have to fork out more to pay for these lots comfortable lives.
I read somewhere in comments that it’s a strategy to change the Constitution. Hello, wake up and smell the coffee … the country is grappling with other serious and pressing issues and you bunch are stuck on the Constitution and you don’t even know what parts are earmarked to change? Get real!
Where is the vigil candle holders of patriarchy? Shame-mi-ma and Raw-sika? Come, let’s vigil together and shout where are the women in the government.
Stupid people.
GD, I cannot wait for NFP and SODELPA to be kicked out now. And the. Wait for PAP to slowly disintegrate too. Watch how they fight for power amongst themselves now that all coup leaders are in one party. Who is the leader? No one. And that’s the joke on Rabuka
Imagine telling the world at Fiji First was corrupt.
Now imagine telling the world that I just hired half of their goons.
This is Fiji.
Shit happens every second.
Good noon GD
This disturbing scenario will surely incur about 1 million in salary and perks per annum.
Did we really need such a large bunch of the so called honourables ?
Weilei. Noa Seru mist be fuming. After the election he patiently waited for a ministerial appointment (with climate change being his jam) only to get nothing.
As a side note, I need to brush up on maths coz these number challenges on GS website to prove I’m human are getting trickier
I am guessing that Baimaan and Blinky Bill will make enthusiastic and exuberant comments about the new set-up of the government and the ministries. They will be pretending very hard to keep a straight face ans saying how strong the coalition is. All the c**c sucking by Baimaan and Blinky may have come to nought. We will wait and see.
Now we have some more c**k suckers from G9 and they would be exuberant as well. But for how long? How many are as competent as the grinning assasin? Wonder how exuberant and enthusiastic he feels right now.
As they say, one week is a very long time in politics.
Majority of the coup makers are now part of the coalition government and its line of Ministers, Assistant Ministers, High Commissioners, PS and other posts.
This is the new Fiji.
The change few wanted.
The change that has no leader but a bunch of self entitled politicians who are hungry for power.
Are we not tired of coup leaders in this country yet?
We can never aspire to be a better country till be have an honest Party and one that needs to be formed soon. We need wise youth who are educated. Until we have a new party taking over the next elections, Fiji is doomed economically and socially.
These developments are pretty much as predicted and the themes are consistent: Rabuka’s liumuri ethno-nationalism, NFP’s bids for power at all costs, and the ex army types making sure there’s jobs for the boys. Don’t worry about Charlie Charters, he’s only talking to what little is left of SODELPA who are now yesterday’s news.
I’m not in the least bit worried about Charlie Charters. I can out-peculier him any day. Married into a Fijian family from the desolate Yorkshire moors. At least this kai valagi was born in Fiji. And don’t you think it’s strange that this import has joined forces with those who want to marginalise “vulagi” like himself?
I laugh when I see these men decorated with medals. Which battles did they fight?
They have failed their own country many times.
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BLNRaw4MS/?mibextid=wwXIfr
Oh my god, another 7 Ministers. Where is the money coming from? Do we need 30 plus Minister to run a small country. Dr Bavadra only had 14 Ministers. Where is the money coming from? This is wasteful spending when the money is needed for infrastructure building. Rabuka is the worst Prime Minister Fiji had so far. He doesn’t care about poor people.
The sight of those medals and especially of their green and red striped ties nauseates.
So what is Pio Tikoduadua the Minister of now? Anyone know?
@any one know-
Passports, minister for passports. That where the money is baby.
Ok, just to get some kind of statistical sense into what Rabuka has just done.
Fijis population = 1,000,000
36 ministers
Australia’s population = 26,000,000
23 ministers, maxed at 30 by legislation.
Surely he’s onto his pro nationalist agenda, beefing up with all his ex coup cronies and family.
To the Fiji electorate, this guy will come out with everything he can possibly throw out to you come 2026.
Don’t forget what he’s done! Show him and his cronies the door by voting them out for good.
No party hoppers too.
Rabuka buying this losers as Rabuka is trying his very best to change the Constitution, that is again because most of the voters are so stupid they don’t really understand what’s will they achieve after the constitution is changed. The reality is we are loosing millions carrying these stupid ministers who are only busy filling their pockets and they are busy attending grog sessions.keep dreaming of the “change”Fiji.
This is the beginning of the self-implosion in my opinion. Just wait and see. You will not need to wait very long at all. The whole parliament is full of incompetents.
Those with the most medals are the proudest of incompetents, just like the recycled prime minister.
Expensive inquiries, scandals and trigger happy Ministers seem to be the legacy of this government.
Thank you GD for keeping the common folk like us informed now we feel like idiots for voting for these idiots.
God help us all.
Well atleast the average IQ of the government side of parliament increased a bit with the addition of some smart people.
The doctors and nurses can carry the patients up and down the CWM stairs as the money for the lift was used to buy whores.
I would to like to hear Biman’s comment on the prospect of 2013 Constitution change that Coalition govt wants to do. I wonder if NFP will still continue to support Rabuka while he is dragging the vulagis to their death. NFP stalwarts like A.D.Patel, S.M.Koya, James Madhavan, would rolling in their graves for what the NFP of today is doing.
Extremely disappointed but not at all surprised that Naivalurua has been gifted this position. After all, it was he as ComPol who covered up the current President’s paedophilia case, and had to be ‘thanked’ for that by the President and his subject the PM.
Also, no cost to the taxpayer, really? Ministries will do less in order to pay these Ministers. quite ridiculous.
After the events of today, Frank B’s trust in ASK would’ve risen to insurmountable levels. The ‘smart Kai Idia’ had recognized the flimsy loyalty of the military council and its members.
All the while these wolves in sheep’s clothing were trying to dethrone FB. Inoke Kubuabola is a seasoned politician from SVT and should never have been brought anywhere near FB. His in-law in Iowane N has shown his true colours as well.
Inia is another one of the flippy-floppies who is happily getting paid for being in opposition so doesn’t have any qualms of not being in a ministerial position.
The sad part is that we have a bunch of merrymakers filling their pockets while the country is going down a shithole. If the size of Siromi’s stomach is a barometer, their pockets (and stomachs) have been filled quite heftily…while the ordinary citizens are distracted in their emotional proclivities.
Viti Noqu Viti. Vakaloloma ca saraga nomu politiki.
Biman is a professor, a very educated man. I remember, he was around in 1987. Rabuka is no stranger for him. Rabuka decimated SVT, split SODELPA to shreds and formed the PAP. His condition has been that he has to be the leader. He has been the biggest drawback for iTaukei people since 1987.
Biman always knew he was lying to the Indo Fijians. He used them for his own political milage. He used religious prejudice to fool the kaindia voters. His supporters felt jubiliant at the idea of getting rid of Aiyaz. This includes educated people like Rich Naidu, V JJ Narayan, Thakur Ranjit (NZ), H Lorhdia (NZ) etc. Of course many right thinking indians and iTakkeis who are very concerned about the dire future of their community in Fiji.
– Biman complaining about health system. Now in the last 2 years it has deteriorated further. All the Coalition has been doing is taking pictures at FFP started projects.
– Biman and Gavoka were jumping up and down when Aiyaz suggested buying more planes for Fiji Air. Now these shameless are enjoying the benefits of FFP’s stong decision.
– Biman complained about National debt and blamed Aiyaz for it. Now the debt has worsned since Biman took over.
– Biman complained about dictatorship, nepotism and corruption under FFP. What know, whole world is watching the current corrupted government.
– do I need to mention deteriorating road conditions, ailing sugar industry, water problems, drugs, looting, rapes, murders.
Just imagine what will be the situation if we had a strong cyclone or a pandemic.
If Biman has any moral fibre of leadership, he should tell Rabuka and walk away with his NFP members. Rabuka has already breached the Coalition agreement of three parties. Rabuka will keep NFP till the 2013 constitution is changed. The ethno nationalist Rabuka does not need them after that. NFP should do this before Rabuka fires them.
Charlie is a Wally.
