Did you ever think we would see the day, Fiji, when a Prime Minister with a $150,000 gold Rolex would have the gall to dismiss the possibility of tax relief for ordinary Fijians while shamelessly feathering the nests of the fabulously wealthy?
Well that day has come as Sitiveni Rabuka dishes up a local version of the infamous put-down by the French Empress Marie Antoinette before she lost her head – “let them eat keke“. In Rabuka’s case, it’s “pain is a must”. We can’t help the poor any further without cutting off our revenue stream. Oi. Sa dina?
This is from the man who granted the billionaire owners of Fiji Water, Stewart and Faye Resnick, a seven year tax holiday. The Beverly Hills couple have a combined net worth of $US12.6-billion – $F28.8-billion* . Or to write it out fully 28,833,581,983.50 Fijian Dollars. Yet they get tax relief and poor Fijians don’t. (Well, I guess the poor just got that last 50 cents as an hourly pay rise)
Rabuka has also just given $F1.732-million of taxpayer dollars as a direct grant to the closest we have to a media magnate in Fiji – William Parkinson of Communications Fiji Limited – just after CFL announced a doubling of its profits. So he also gets a windfall and poor Fijians don’t.
And then there’s that gold Rolex. Who gave it to the Prime Minister and in exchange for what? He refuses to say, claiming the “right to remain silent”.
The President of Peru (see below) is embroiled in “Rolexgate” – a scandal over where she got her own Rolexes. Yet the Prime Minister of Fiji simply refuses to account for his own 18 carat yellow gold version.
Did you honestly think you would ever see this day, Fiji? Well it is here. The leader of the Zimbabwe of the South Seas shamelessly showing his people the middle finger, along with the flash of gold on his wrist.
The pigs are at the trough led by the man with the gold Rolex. And the poor – on their $5 an hour if they can get work – can pay their 15 per cent VAT.
If they can put food on the table (if they even have a table) they can tell their children how lucky they are to live in the greatest country in the world. Where the Prime Minister and his dodgy sidekick are like Robin Hood in reverse. Robbing the poor to pay the rich.

At some point there must be an inquiry into how a tax holiday was such an important priority for this government that it was the first order of business. Does anyone know who or what promoted the interests of a foreign company over the interests of the country and its people?

Others went to hell in similarly spectacular fashion. Savua rotted away in his last days..all skin and bones shitting in his diapers. Draunidalo drowned like a fat rat. Takiveikata in prolonged and horrendous pain after years of being confined to jail. The Qaralevu didn’t even enjoy his freedom after his bullshit pardoning by the most undeserving president in any countries history. The same president who served time in prison for his racist treasonous activities and impregnated a disabled child is also slowly rotting away on the hill as he desperately clings to the power and privileges illegally bestowed on him by the most evil swine of all time. The spawn of the devil who many like Graham, biman and his sorry gang, nfp supporters, rabid Bible thumping brainwashed racists and the dumb lot sucked in and vesumonad by rabuka, despite history making it glaringly obvious that this excuse for a human being was not to be trusted. The swine had back tracked, lied and contradicted himself right from the time when he burst onto the national scene as a gun toting bandit that permanently destroyed the fabric of our country in 1987. After almost 40 years of lies, deception, and racism I’m glad to see that baritone buka is showing signs of sliding the slippery slope of life. It’s just a matter of time. It won’t be a bullet or even a massive heart attack. He will I’m sure go out in a slow and spectacularly painful way just like his coup mate Ratu Mara.
Buka the baku is already being increasingly sworn and cursed upon by more itaukei daily. The evil hold he had over the itaukei masses whose minds he poisoned is slipping away quickly as they increasingly recognise his bullshit, lasulasu and inability as a leader who did fuck-all for anyone except himself.
The greedy snake is losing his mind quickly, saying all sorts of nonsense that’s too difficult for even his most die hard racist fans to defend or support.

I believe this insanity demonstrated by baku will only get worse and more of the same people he brainwashed and poisoned will turn on him soon in spectacular fashion just like they did to ratu Mara. Richard likes to claim that he did not recommend any text concession as chairperson of the fiscal review committee, and that he declared his conflict of interest with Fiji Water being a client of his law firm. However, you can rest assured that he worked behind the scenes to set up the deal, especially given his closeness to the Finance minister and the Prime Minister and given the millions at stake.
His law firm was in for a windfall from the deal. Richard Naidu things that he’s so clever, he can fool the public. Not really. He has been outed for the hypocrite that he is. The Fiji public is not as stupid as he and Biman might think and they will find out the hard way at the elections when voters send Biman and the NFP into oblivion. It’s not that long now.

NZ and OZ are granting resident visa to parents and grandparents for those kids whose income are above 100K.
