# THE GATHERING STORM. WHAT A DEBACLE.

Posted on January 23, 2024 6 Comments

Did Sitiveni Rabuka sack Aseri Radrodro for disobedience and insubordination to try to create a diversion and protect Lynda Tabuya from the sex and drug scandal that has engulfed the two? That’s the astonishing claim being made by some political players amid reports that Aseri Radrodro is right and Sitiveni Rabuka is wrong in their respective … [Read more...] about # THE GATHERING STORM. # VINAKA VAKALEVU, READERS

Posted on January 22, 2024 13 Comments

Just days after Grubsheet was removed from Facebook for repeating our offence of posting, among other things, an image of the turtles on the back of the besieged Minister for Women and Children, Lynda Tabuya, our audience is steadily building on this website. It was always going to be painful to lose my 30,500 Facebook "followers" and the tens … [Read more...] about # VINAKA VAKALEVU, READERS

# THE EVIDENCE THE PAP LEADERSHIP CANNOT IGNORE

Posted on January 22, 2024 3 Comments

The Executive Council of the People’s Alliance Party is reported to be meeting today to consider what action, if any, the party will take against Lynda Tabuya over the sex and drug scandal that is scandalising both the party and the nation. Doing nothing is no longer an option, according to party sources, as the realisation dawns across the PAP … [Read more...] about # THE EVIDENCE THE PAP LEADERSHIP CANNOT IGNORE

# WHEN THE SHOE FITS ONLY WHEN IT SUITS

Posted on January 21, 2024 3 Comments

The selective nature of the Coalition government’s adherence to the 2013 Constitution screams from the Prime Minister’s latest statement on his dismissal of Aseri Radroro – defying the Constitution with its illegal appointments one minute and insisting that the supreme law be obeyed the next. Sitiveni Rabuka uses the Constitution as a central … [Read more...] about # WHEN THE SHOE FITS ONLY WHEN IT SUITS

# SOME ANSWERS PLEASE, ACTING COMMISSIONER

Posted on January 21, 2024 4 Comments

The confirmation by the Acting Police Commissioner, Juki Fong Chew, that the Cyber Crime Unit of the Force is examining a complaint against Grubsheet by Lynda Tabuya in relation to an allegedly fake photograph we published raises a number of pressing questions. Is the Fiji Police Force also investigating other images that Lynda Tabuya sent to … [Read more...] about # SOME ANSWERS PLEASE, ACTING COMMISSIONER

# A NATION HELD TO RANSOM BY A THUG

Posted on January 21, 2024 8 Comments

Aseri Radrodro is totally without shame and so is the party that continues to support him even though he is a proven domestic violence abuser, lied about his “brutal” sexual entanglement with Lynda Tabuya and now thinks he can defy the Prime Minister’s decision to sack him as Minister for Education for disobedience and insubordination. Grubsheet … [Read more...] about # A NATION HELD TO RANSOM BY A THUG

About Grubsheet

Graham Davis
Grubsheet Feejee is the blogsite of Graham Davis, an award-winning journalist turned communications consultant who was the Fijian Government’s principal communications advisor for six years from 2012 to 2018 and continued to work on Fiji’s global climate and oceans campaign up until the end of the decade.

Fiji-born to missionary parents and a dual Fijian-Australian national, Graham spent four decades in the international media before returning to Fiji to work full time in 2012. He reported from many parts of the world for the BBC, ABC, SBS, the Nine and Seven Networks and Sky News and wrote for a range of newspapers and magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Graham launched Grubsheet Feejee in 2011 and suspended writing for it after the Fijian election of 2014, by which time he was working at the heart of government. But the website continued to attract hits as a background resource on events in Fiji in the transition back to parliamentary democracy.

Grubsheet relaunches in 2020 at one of the most critical times in Fijian history, with the nation reeling from the Covid-19 crisis and Frank Bainimarama’s government shouldering the twin burdens of incumbency and economic disintegration.

Grubsheet’s sole agenda is the national interest; the strengthening of Fiji’s ties with the democracies; upholding equal rights for all citizens; government that is genuinely transparent and free of corruption and nepotism; and upholding Fiji’s service to the world in climate and oceans advocacy and UN Peacekeeping.
